The most important was the book about "Reason and Faith " where he defended that there are 2 ways of reaching the truth. Trought faith but also via the use of our own capacity of thinking - the Reason. Imagine what this caused in a medieval europe where people were thought NOT to think and rely on the church for everything. Averroes was born in 1126 in cordoba, spain. Certainly a man to be remembered.!!!

Yes, McKay and Beckett are supposed to be best friends, we just don't see them that often on screen spending time together (if we do at all). Nevertheless, John and Rodney share a close friendship, too. Not only do we see them spending free time together on several occasions, but remember the ending scene from the episode "Trinity". It was one of the most moving moments ever in their relationship.
