I used the new living translation for ease of reading but it shouldn't matter because the context of the passage is a prophacy about many enemies attacking jerusalem, God will defend the city, those listening say they don't believe it, the speaker says fine don't believe what i'm telling you God has closed your eyes to these things and made them a sealed book. so even those that can read will be unable to understand, those that can't read will be even more lost. conserning this spicific prophacy
