This band stole every song from BMSR. The only reason it isn't BMSR is that tobacco made it himself. He should of tried to make it sound at least a little different than BMSR if he wanted to make it look like a solo effort.

If you really want to compare BMSR/Tobacco to anything, it's Led Zeppelin...listen to "Sun Lips" and tell me that's not incredibly similar to Stairway to Heaven...which makes a lot of sense because Led Zeppelin was one of the big "psychedelic" bands in the 60s and 70s, and now, we have Tobacco :-)
