@RebeccaTPR Yes, people being moved by literature is heartening, but this is a Ride song, the credit that's due on this page is due to them, not to a fictional character. If people want to state how much they love a character in a book, then that's great, but there will be better places to do it. The author may even have a guestbook on their web page, I'm sure they'd be gratified to see how much they've moved people.
@RebeccaTPR Thank you for your considered response, which raises some very interesting points; you've really opened my eyes, and, even in this short time, managed have a profound impact upon my philosophy to life. I can only say 'thank you'. Thank you.
Now we have One direction, lady gaga, mcfly, westlife, take that, lil wayne, the xfactor prostitutes, justin beiber, and the "worlds biggest band" is fronted by a man who was in a proper band when this came out. What has happened to the world??
What a band Ride were!! Awesome. Such a shame that he ended up in Oasis. Real waste of talent playing that shite instead of writing Ride stuff. Oh well, that's music for you, gotta earn a crust I suppose.
I find it so paradoxical that music now is sooo bad, but if I wasn't alive today, I wouldn't have access and opportunity to discover amazing tracks like this....
@omgitsaimee123 I don't remember being enthusiastic on getting my arse to Africa. But I do remember talking about the continent and how you belong there. @sixunderground1 No. I heard about them from my exes parents when they found out MBV is my favorite band. I haven't read this Catcher in the Rye knock-off and I don't plan on ever doing so.

Unless you were actually a teenager in the early 90s, you heard about this song from fuckin' Charlie; don't pretend you didn't.

@sixunderground1 No. I heard about them from my exes parents when they found out MBV is my favorite band. I haven't read this Catcher in the Rye knock-off and I don't plan on ever doing so.

Listen, whether if you heard of this buy reading The Perks or not, it doesn't matter. We can all agree this is a great song. Now, shut the hell up and enjoy you pretentious hipsters.

@staygoldx0 Hey, I'm pretentious...oh but I'm not a hipster, damn! I got half of it right. I'll strive harder next time.
