@rougharriba apart from the fact that you are a rude and primitive individual he does lose his way and anyone one with ears can see that that drum solos are good when they keep the underlying rhythym and dont leave the grove feeling disjointed and that is how i hear it. so curve your tongue when addressing peoples opinions if your a member of this band then i wouldnt recommend them to anyone i only hope your not.

Ira's solo is good if that's the only line that you'll hear from him. It's worth noting that he doesn't give a different character to each of his solo. Dunno if it's just my taste. As someone who does riffs and chord work, he did well for Bamboo. As a soloist? Probably not versatile enough. It's like he just did one template and just alter a few notes. It's all pure jazz flavor.
