Read Why Men Earn More by Dr. Warren Farrell. He sat on the board of N.O.W. and is now a leading member of the Men's and Father's Rights Movement.
The gap of 78 cents is the "RAW WAGE GAP" or the disparity of earned wages between men and women over the whole of the population and not "for the same job"
There are a myriad of reasons for this raw disparity. With all due respect maam I hope you study this before asserting we are all holding women down.
