@afrothuder Of course in pre-European times, Samoan women and many cultures were topless, however, Christianity put a stop to that. With Samoan being 95 percent Christian - topless women is highly unlikely these and will most likely result in a good beating! For cultural shows, they might wear coconut shells, tapa, or flax tops etc.
