Hey bud I was just wondering who you got to program your chip? I found something similar to your key on ebay for my 2011 accord but my dealer said they wont program it for me. Who do you think will program the chip? Any help and a link to what key you got would help out a lot. Cheers!
I had my key cut and programed by a Honda dealer I had one dealership denied service and I tried another dealership and they came through. @nrpatel1788
Hey buddy, reason you cant program all of them coz honda's can only hold 3 remote control in memory.
Now i got a question for you. how did you know what remote to but as honda has different frequency one. Did you find out what frequency you remote was if so how can i find out what mine is?
Also the remote you bought were they second hand or new and did you program them by simply turning the ignition on and off and pressing the lock,unlock sequence?

@picturingthis I got the signal mirrors from Japan it's from the Honda Inspire which is the Japan version of our North American Accords.

@JUNIOR6289 for this particular key more than likely not because it's specifically for 8th generation accords, also keep this in mind that the key blade is shaped differently from a mid 90's Honda, but there may be something similar on ebay for your civic.
Nice. I'm going with an Acura TL key and getting my circuit soldered up for me by someone else since I got it for cheap. Out of curiosity, where did you get the Honda-back switchblade on the far right? Would like to get my hands on one just like it.
i bought myself a 2012 Honda Civic Lx, and I want this key, so would it work on my car?

you can only have 3 total remotes programmed to your vehicle, thats why it knocks one out.
