I was there 98, 99, 2000, 2001 seasons and the board is under the snow.... so much powder there you're surfing the mountain.... if you fall you're in chest deep snow! UPDATE Mt. Baker now has the deepest snow base in North America with a current storm total of over 103 inches in the past 11 days. What an incredible week we've had, and it looks like there is more to come!

@ASSAJEG As for stance it, it's however you're comfortable. I'm primarily goofy, but if you're just starting, take the time to learn both ways. It took me a while to start shredding regular and I wished I would have started riding both ways from the start, but now it doesn't really matter which way I ride, both are natural and comfy to me.

Skill? This is something that you can do after a hard season riding, but know what the hell you're doing before heading out into the backcountry!

@WoodiesBaton its just a ski pole with the handle bar mount attached to the end, but they have one on amazon. its a folding pole, and has another(SMALL) piece you have to get to mount the camera to the stick....(not suggested for extreme stunts) i would recommend just getting a ski pole and the mount, its cheaper and MORE RELIABLE

@jiminy82 When the snow conditions are good, Scotland can be great. But good snow conditions are rare, this winter there is barley any snowfall, but 2 years ago we had near permanent snow over the winter all over scotland and we had avalanches and some of the best snow conditions in europe, but that was a very rare winter. Anyway hope that helped.

@Midgmo Thanks, yeah I thought it might be a little too mild in Scotland for constantly great snow but with all the mountains there is bound to be some jewels there. BTW, beautiful country you got there. When I was in our Navy I briefly spent time at Faslane for a quick repair job on the mast of our sub that got damaged by an iceberg up north. Had a blast but wished I had more than a few hours to look around!

@gijsplay1 Hey! i have both the handlebar and the roll bar mounts.. If what you need is something really thick (thats what she said) get the roll bar since its quite bigger. If what you need is something smaller, definitely get the handlebar. For example attaching it to the pole in this vid, go for the handlebar.
