  • NO ONE may regulated your Constitutional Rights. No ACT or CODE can replace an Enacted Public Law. Please STOP contracting with the Corporation known as the UNITED SATES (U.S.) and their franchised Districts (CA, IN, IL, OH, PA etc.). STOP claiming to be a U.S. Citizen, one born 'within' the District of Columbia, on all STATE and FEDERAL forms. START living in one of the 50 union states, which make up the Republic. This will be hard for you card carrying Socialists (SSN). FREEDUMB

  • Never. Shall NOT be infringed.

  • A husband and father has the RESPONSIBILITY to protect his wife and children, and as their protector and provider, he has the responsibility to protect his own life. Selfishness has nothing to do with it.

  • Hmmm tried to shared this twice was inform page not found

  • Great friggin shirt!!!! I have the exact same polo. Yours is the only other one I have seen. Great topic also btw.

  • @lanjerek I got it at WBSS many years ago.

  • You said you would not turn your nabour in, but he cant carry cause of a DUI. You also said you dont trust his judgement. So if he ever got impaired and killed someone (not in defense), would you feel any responsibility? I ask cause of the laugh.

And Stupid Whiny bitches that cant man up should not have anything sharper then a crayon.

  • i have ? to anyone that can awnser my ? i have a buddy that hes uncle wants to sale me a colt45 but i do not have CCW what do i have to do to be able to purchese the wepone legally ?

  • @aztecboxer69 Are you of legal age? Do you live in the same state? Are you legally allowed to own a firearm?

  • @TheYankeeMarshal well im 24 i live in the same state(TX)..i never been convicted of a felony.. only speedinging tickets.. MESD.. im a U.S. cits

  • @aztecboxer69 .. the STATE OF TEXAS (TX) is a Corporation, where Fictions are Resident. The Republic of Texas is where the flesh and blood live.

  • @MrSchpankme can i get the # to ur dope dealer

  • @aztecboxer69 .. 1-800-CIA-DOPE

  • @MrSchpankme thnx man the CIA sure did hook it up lol

  • Alright. So I was going to pause the video and say fuck yeah in the comments after I saw the skirt remark. Then I saw the specifics and had to pause the video so I could wipe the tears from my eyes. That. Was. Hilarious. I like that you approach a serious topic, and then make fun of yourself with the little text popups. You videos always make me giggle a little. Yes. Giggle.

  • Felons do not lose the right to protect themselves. They simply lose the right to do it with a firearm. Keep your ass out of trouble and you will not have an issue. From what I see with todays youth 21 may not be old enough.

    Stay Awake,Stay Alert.......Stay Alive!!

  • Holy shit snacks indeed Pam.

+1 respect for the Archer notification tone. I assume your ringtone is Mulatto Butts?

  • @Boxeru13 "black ass mama...white ass daddy..."

  • I totally agree... We have to stand together or be divided and conquered by the ultra-liberal-protectionists-anti-American-pansies that want to disarm our society. Anyone that attacks or is against any provision of our Bill Of Rights that is a citizen of the United States can be seen (and I do see them as) a seditious fringe member of our society that most likely secretly supports conspiracy, treason, and terrorism against our country. We need to root out this chaff and cleanse our society!

  • what about a younger person like im 19 i cant cary till im 21 what do u think about that

  • @tyler55g I agree with it completely. With the maturity levels of most young people these days I support pushing driving and military service out to a minimum age of 21 also.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal thank you for your reply sir but may i ask why u feel this way im a mature guy i was forced to grow up at an early age and i feel unsafe walking the streets of my town without my gun with the meth heads and just plain trash that are here would kill you for what you have i dont want that for me or anyone around me

  • @tyler55g Then you can consider yourself the exception to the rule. That doesn't change the fact that most do not share your maturity. Without placing some expensive and easily corrupted means test in place you have to just settle for a solid compromise.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal im old enough to go to war but i cant drink a beer, drive an 18 wheeler or protect my self is what im getting at i dont get it how things are so messed up and we just bend over and take it

  • i loled

  • this is why i dont sell my old guns person to person. They may seem like nice normal people but for all you know, they may have a past of abusing their wife. I saw a guy i work with at the gun shop while i was selling one of my guns back to the store, and he said, "hey you could get a lot more money selling it directly to someone we work with". I said, yes, but i dont know everyone all that well. I feel better selling the gun to a store where people have to get background checks, even

  • @AntaresInScorpius (con) if i dont get as much money as i would directly selling it to an individual. That way the moral onus for a gun getting into the wrong hands is on the governement for allowing the person to legally buy the gun rather than on me.

  • im fluent im bullshit and i was brought up by aliens and i own a two headed dog. obviosly that is bullshit two headed dogs dont exist my alien father told me so.

  • WE NEED A NATIONAL CARRY LAW THAT SAYS YOUR CARRY PERMIT GETS HONORED IN EVERY STATE.

  • Hey you ringtone is Archer. Nice!

  • A guy who bought a gun in the streets of N.Y.C. without a permit and brought it to Florida. When he was going for his permit an aquaintance of ours told him Man don't carry that gun you'll get in trouble . He sold the gun at gunshow for $150 later on gun store told him he could have carry that gun and just said it was left to him by a dead uncle and he would not have gotten in trouble. the laws make it hard for legally responsible people to carry a weapon without fear of repercussions its sick

  • a agree with you 100% on this one, and i think if someone open carries they should wear decent clothes and get a haircut, because i see some guys that have no crimminal record carry, but they look like thugs, so they get checked sometimes, and they complain and some make videos trying to look for trouble from police. so i asked jim and my step dad who they would check, and they said people who look in appearance as thugs or trouble makers.

  • WHAT DO YOU HAVE AGAINST THE KARDASHIANS?!??!??!! I loved that one movie Kim did, for about 5-10 minutes.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheYardSalePicker seriously....

  • Amen!

  • In my state it's so easy to get a carry permit, I'd advise the person to do so. As long as he/she is a responsible adult I'd mind my own business.

  • Agree 100%

  • Especially POLITICIANS!

  • Agreed 100%

  • 2:08 is classic. Bad judgment? Sure, but not a threat, right? But I generally agree with our reasoning on bitches, skirts, and making a gut call on turning in only sketchy peeps.

  • Holy shit snacks

  • You said "taint"... Twice.

  • Skirt with a kitten on it??? Harsh man, very harsh. I'd like to see that one turned into a law yesterday!

  • @XGCScrappy ,Probably right ,I'm sure this guy will be busted for something soon enough.

  • I'll take my chances with someone who carries illegally rather than with cops or other agencies who carry legally.

  • VIOLENT felons are the ones who should have their gun rights revoked. Thanks for pointing that out. (No, I'm not a felon)

  • MAD props for the Archer ringtone!

  • Well said.

  • Snitches get stitches... but seriously, I recently learned a co-worker carried a gun in his car and I was astonished. Since I know he is on diversion (like junior probation) he has to be a complete tard for carrying anyway. We live in a small town in the richest county in the state, he has little chance of needing it. I told him so & he agreed, but hes a dumbass kid so he probably won't listen. Good video Yankee, this subject has been on my mind as of late and I am glad to get a second opinion.

  • Yankee, I must inform you that I am unsubscribing from your bullshit channel after viewing this video.I find your comments about "bitches" and your stupid little blurbs about skirts to be decidedly sexist and offensive.

How can I wear my wife's skirts in public anymore without your comments echoing in my mind and making me feel self conscience and worried that other men may share your sexist opinions?

You have closeted me once again.

    ;>

  • I would not.

  • Great video!

Funny I was just considering turning someone in for owning firearms that they acquired as payment for the drugs that they sold or traded to a pill head in my town.

The seller also happens to be a wife beater and has five children all from different girls.

I don't know the person but I do know his name, seems like a real good candidate to drop a dime on.

  • @helmutdiggy You'd better be very sure of yourself, and very sure of the situation. If he ends up in court you will be a witness against him. That means he knows your name. Yea, they don't like saying it, but people's identity trace backs have been taken from "crimestoppers". That dude may be a pos, still if he's not messing with you or your family, friends, neighbors, what's the point?

Yea they do record the phone number.

  • Yeah I dont know about you superman guys.......But Batman, well thats another story...................L&B

  • @jerseydevildog Batman for sure lol

  • Interesting take. It really would depend on the situation.

  • Good topic!

  • Well said,,,

  • hu,hu. ..he said taint

  • Well said!

  • Do you have a Superman suit somewhere?

  • @MrHEMIMechanic NOOO!!!! We don't want to see it.

  • @XGCScrappy Too late, he asked.

  • I cant believe you said taint twice in the same sentence without cracking wise

  • @practicalskills I am trying to be classy...but I did consider it.

  • just never trust anyone. specially ppl that are against guns. and i know everyone has a friend or someone in their life like that. dont trust them cause "their" ways and opinions are far more important then yours.

  • And just because you can't carry a gun does not mean you can't defend yourself.

  • @aikido10 Try defending yourself without a gun against two or more attacker if even one of them has something as simple as a tire iron.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal

I think he meant you don't need a carry permit to defend yourself with a gun especially in your own vehicle or on your own property (see your state and local laws all restrictions apply) at least thats how it is where I live you don't even need a ccw permit to carry in your car, but I live in one of those places that when you call the shereiff and say I have a dead criminal here he says do you want help burying him or why did you call us about it.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal I have

  • Also this attitude of not telling the police when a crime occurs does nothing but perpetuate a culture of silence.

  • @aikido10 Do you run tell the police if your friend downloads a bootleg video? Or if they jay walk?

  • @TheYankeeMarshal I am the Police....so that should shed some light on my thinking

  • @aikido10 That doesn't shed any light at all for me. I did not think that way and neither did most officers I know.

  • @aikido10 Better a culture of silence than a culture of snitches. Nobody likes a snitch. Seriously. Nobody.

  • I would point out to you that there is a direct correlation to drug use and violence. In fact the Supreme Court says that is is reasonable to believe that where you find drugs you find guns and evidence proves that. So if you get convicted of a felony drug offense then you should loose the ability to carry guns.

  • @aikido10 Yes, yes...I know a huge drug bias exists in this country and the government does everything they can to foster it, but in reality the vast majority of people charged with drug crimes are users and not trafficers. Violence and weapons only go hand in hand with trafficing...not use.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal Not true in my experiences.

  • @aikido10 Then I doubt you are any type of patrol officer. Any patrol officer with much experience knows most junkies are only dangerous to themselves.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal so because someone commits an armed robbery and pays for it with years of incarceration when they get released and likely live in a dangerous area they should be legally forbidden from carrying for self defense? that doesn't seem right at least to me

  • @tubevideoguy762 Just because someone is released does not mean they are reformed. That notion is both naive and laughable. Just look at recivity rates in this country. If tuey are truly reformed there are means in place to have convictions expunged. Otherwise they loose gun rights.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal that much i do agree with it is good in certain cases for people to have the opportunity to get convictions removed thereby regaining their 2A rights however expunging of criminal records i feel should be automatic after a period of time not at the court's discretion

  • @TheYankeeMarshal don't most those people get charged with misdemeanors and not felonys in regards to pot?

  • Its none of my business who's carrying how, as long as they are not "F" with me, my neighbors or my family then so be it. I see anyone unlawful as being a criminal, it doesnt matter to me if its Family, friends, The Easter bunny or foe, your no better than the street robber, murderer or fraud check writer. or whore standing on the corner Sure you have the right to defend yourselves thats common sense, but carrying illegally is just what it is, A Crime.....

    Semper Fi

  • Good vid. I would not have given this any thought if I didn't watch your vid. Hmmmm.

  • Legal, schmegal. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

  • Comment removed

  • But our President says " of you see something say something!" LOL. I'm with you brotha good video

  • only a rat would turn in their fellow americans.under the constitution there is no illegal gun.

  • Comment removed

  • Dude, with your comments on your video, you should charge admission. That was funny.

I agree, you're right. Thanks for the written commentary. Don't stop what you're doing.

  • hilarious, nice input

  • according to the 2nd amendment we can carry whatever we want wherever we want and no cop or politician can tell us other wise the only time somebody should not have a gun is when they are in prison or jail but once out they should be given there guns back. they payed there debt to society by being locked up. and maybe while in court so nobody helps them try to escape but even all this is not specified in the constitution. so carry what you want were you want i wont say anything.

  • @21danger21 I missed the part where the constitution covers carrying weapons. That little militia clause makes it very hard to say exactly what the founders intended. Since it was often illegal during their time frame to carry guns inside city limits one could assume they meant you can not be infringed in any way that would prevent you from bearing arms as part of a militia if the need arose. So let's not try and pretend we are constitutional experts. We are not.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ET AL. v. HELLER

CERTIORARI TO THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR

    THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CIRCUIT

    No. 07–290. Argued March 18, 2008—Decided June 26, 2008

    Held:

    1. The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a

firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for

traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.

    Pp. 2–53.

  • @rpur441044 But it does not address their right to carry it. They simply state that he intention of the 2A was that every citizen could act in the stead of a standing military if the need arose. Therefore all citizens have the right to keep and bear arms even if not associated with any standing military or militia..

  • @TheYankeeMarshal Scalia majority opinion

    c. Meaning of the Operative Clause. Putting all of

these textual elements together, we find that they guarantee

the individual right to possess and carry weapons in

case of confrontation. This meaning is strongly confirmed

by the historical background of the Second Amendment.

We look to this because it has always been widely understood

that the Second Amendment, like the First and

Fourth Amendments, codified a pre-existing right.

  • @rpur441044 You are confusing opinion with decision. The decision did not go so far as to say people had the right to carry a gun.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal

Never said in any of my words it was part of decision, what iam showing you is what majority held as their view on the matter and a seperate opinion other than our own .Basically they said this as the states they were dealing with like to twist words to get around their decisions......my favorite view is Clarence Thomas in the Mcdonald vs Chicago where he says that Privledge and immunities clause applys.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal not trying to sound like a constitutional expert just saying how it sounds to me sense it says right of the people to keep bear arms shall not be infringed theres i video on my channel that i Favorited its pretty good cant remember who put it out but you should watch it it has three parts to it explains it pretty well.

  • haha, Politicians... yeah they are way worse then Gangbangers.

  • What about an illegal alien owning and carrying guns?

Yould you still think the same? Just curious.

  • @JoeDurobot That is a complex question. The do not enjoy the rights of citizenship that we do. Still, they should be allowed to defend themselves. if they were not convicted criminals of course. The hard part is saying they are not criminals since being here illegally is in itself a criminal act. The do have the option of going back home if they do not like being unarmed here also. I would have to consider this topic before taking any hard stands.

  • Lmfao your a snitch..your trying to clean it up in this vid. I had a Battery Charge on my record and its a violent offense(currently sealed)..see its safe at home nuts like you that make it hard for ppl to protect themselves, each and every case is different in the court of law, not the court of public opinion..so do what the rest of political america should do is mind your own business. i see illegal gun owners all the time and their not out committing crimes they are protecting their homes.

  • no i would never turn someone in about guns...

  • Sec A that

  • the captions are hilarious!!!!!!!

  • Agreed, especially the politician part!

  • im not sure i would obey an unjust gun law and if i did i would be willing to deal with the consequences. if i could not obtain a carry license in my state for whatever reason, im pretty sure i would still carry.

  • 100% agreed.

  • At a Denny's in Houston recently, two armed men burst in and demanded money whereupon a concealed carrier stood up, drew his gun, and opened fire upon the armed men causing them to flee. I'll bet all of those Denny's patrons don't think that were saved from harm by that concealed carrier don't think that carrying a gun for protection is a selfish act.

  • I couldnt bring myself to turn someone in unless i knew they were going to use it in a negative way. None of my business.

  • Hate whiney politician bitches forgot how to spell O.o

  • If I saw someone who was a threat to myself or the general public with a gun, yes I would report them, but other wise I would mind my own business. I sure as hell wouldn't ever call the cops on someone for just open carrying like some sheeple do.

  • you can be a winnie hoe bag sometimes LOL. You can tell your a stay at home dad with that ridiculous ring tone haha. Glad to see you back in action yankee!

  • @MrCleanerNash Winnie the ho'bag? is that Winnie the Poohs slutty sister?

  • @TheYankeeMarshal haha I think so lol

  • Its none of my goddamn business, if they own illegal guns. So long as they don't shoot at my house, my land, or piss me off!

  • I did not turn in a felon who did 15 years , had used a weapon to kill the rapist/attempted murderer of his daughter. He carrys a .38 revolver and has been out of prison for 16 years without having gone to jail/prison or done anything violent, he just takes care of his family.

In this case of a felon who did something violent to get that "violent offender" title, I let that guy slide any day knowing how it went down.

    I approve of TYMs message!

  • I would like to think most gun owners think the same way--but we all know there are a lot of gun owners out there who don't do the best job of standing up for the 2nd Amendment. It's unfortunate we live in a world where petty things like this are a serious concern. If you've never been convicted of a violent crime before, you should be allowed to carry whatever the hell you want--at least up to and including whatever kind of weapons the police have access to--end of story.

  • according to my country's constitution, there is no illegal gun carry/bearing

  • Love your vids! I met a guy once that lost his carry permit/gun rights (excon). He still wanted to protect himself..so due to state or federal law (not sure which) he could still possess and carry black powder weapons. So he always carried 2 44 caliber Navy Colt replicas which he reloaded everyday!

  • @ahfa53 replicas don't count in that law because they're not curios or relics. the weapon has to manufactured before 1898.

  • lol, you put congress into the one who should not have guns legally, too funny.

  • I don't always agree with your points of views but by God I love the hell out of your channel as well as your ability to speak your mind.

  • nah i would not turn anyone in...never be a RAT.....

  • Sometimes it's funny to watch people show ignorance....

The 2nd Amendment is DEAD now...you have the right to ask permission.

  • Those damn pot head hippies should not have guns!!!

    lol

  • @Latrodectized Most of them don't like guns anyway...and if they did, they're not going to hurt anybody....except perhaps themselves, unless they freak out on LSD or something.

  • Love the cell phone ringtone/ text tone!!!! Classic

  • Archer lol awesome. where did you get the ring tone?

  • @0vinnie9 I downloaded the Archer soundboard from the android market. It is free. Then I just set the tone as my text message notification.

  • @TheYankeeMarshal awesome thanks man. great video i agree with you 100%

  • kool shirt
