I love Jamie Oliver. After years of being someone who really cares about local food, organic food, I really appreciate him. I use his recipies all the time. Question, though. Why is it us Americans always have to be coddled? Anyone ever watch the show Shameless in the UK? They bring it over here and make it Americanized with the same exact script. I don't think it's good for us to be that bubbled. It's actually pretty weird. They don't make "Australian Friends."
