First off, you record into the PC normally without a video camera running. Then once you perfect your recording, you take a camera, and film yourself playing it. Your guitar doesn't necessarily have to be plugged in because you won't be using the sound from the amp. Then you go into a video editing program and sync your recording you made and your video. Done.
