to be honest, i dont think snatcher needs a sequel. I would like it and buy it, but is it really necessary? The ending wasnt really a cliffhanger, and the story was pretty much completely finished. So they would have to rebuild an entire story to make it work, cuz I dont think you can continue with this one

@shmoozii What about Eternal Champions (9/10 from Game Informer), Earthworm Jim CD, Final Fight CD as the best console version, the amazing Soul Star, Robo Aleste (arguably one of the best SHUMPs), Lunar 1&2, Shining CD, Mortal Kombat CD, EA Sports, SimEarth, SEGA Arcade Classics 5-in-1 (with Revenge of Shinobi, Monaco GP, ect), the far superior versions of Ecco 1&2, Thunderhawk, Vay, Dark Wizard, Spiderman vs. Kingpin, Batman Returns, Silpheed, and Mickey Mania? And Move is worse than 32X.

@shmoozii Good luck checking them out! The Sega CD may not have been for everyone, but it did have a reasonably solid, if somewhat niche, library. I think Final Fight is way up there among the best games on the system. Some people don't like SHUMPs, but if you do, Robo Aleste would also get my highest recommendation. It's a sequel to MUSHA, which you may have heard of or played. Mark at CGR loves MUSHA so much; he gave it a 7-part review....Shadow of the Beast 2 is one I forgot to mention.

Snatcher's really a great game. One of the best reasons for owning a Sega CD. When is Kojima going to stop churning out Metal Gear games and do some more Snatcher games?

This is the worst sound mix I have heard on a CGR Unertow video. The game sound is too loud, and it kind of drowns out the review itself

@StephensStuff It's actually a reference to the Metal Gear you fight at the end of the very first Metal Gear game, the one for the MSX. In that one, it was a giant bipedal tank, then they referenced it in Snatcher by making it your small partner and then that one got referenced in MGS4.

Many say Snatcher is one of the few games that actually sold on SEGA CD.

Oh and one more thing: Outer heaven is also mention in the Metal Gear Solid games. That Robot is called Metal Gear ? TIME PARADOX!! Metal Gear MK. 2? Wow, was that young Otakon?
