The very last scetch, where Kenny was the french guy. Was he like having sex with those girls in the cup when he was making those noises when he was drinking? LOL
Yeah WMG, because a 30 year old version of a dire straits song, in mono, that was evidently taken from a VHS video recording by a fan of the show is SO going to impact on your sales. Surely a more productive and less idiotic approach would be to simply let the world know: what the song playing actually IS, from which album it is taken and where people who view it could purchase the track/album from.
what is the problem warnerbrothers have here, is it a copyright of a song used on here, if so let me say point 1) it was allowable for it to be used on this show originally and therefore this show being shown had the permission and it should be allowable to view it uncensored to this day and point 2 copyright on music lasts for 30 years this show is now 30 years old copyright shud by now be free to all, if not its close to 30 years old so wb wont have long to object before they can go fuck off
Gay is not a term of abuse, and neither should it be used as such. Everett was gay and he was good! However, in this case, I do go along with the general gist. Warner Bros are a bit wanky, esp as I have been watching the first 2 vids in this series with no probs.
@Perizada Hot Gossip never performed to a track from War of the Worlds. They performed to a song called Supernature. Mistakenly thought to be part of the WotW soundtrack
Not quite true, 623058 - the scheduling was one issue, the other was Thames turning down a sketch that he, Barry Cryer and Ray Cameron had planned for the next series of the Kenny Everett Video Cassette.
After that, it moved to the BBC as the Kenny Everett Television Show, but they insisted on having a live audience and prepared scripts, which Kenny and the team weren't happy about as they felt that it took away the spontaneity of the show.

ITV 1978 - 1981 fro Thames:
Actually his first show was LWT in 1972 or 73
He moved to the BBC in 1981! because Thames put his show up against Top of the pops
