Brings back such lovely memories of a happy time, it seems very atmospheric of the early to mid seventies. Funny, where the lyric tells us things have gone wrong is just what happened to me, a few years later. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful record, it should be regarded as a classic.

This song was a great closer to what is still a groundbreaking landmark record for a group who had paid its dues in the chitlin' circuit after 16 years. "3 + 3" is a fantastic record mixed of rock and funk, something that would be repeated by countless other artists. The Isleys were the missing link to Sly & the Family Stone and Jimi Hendrix when it came to that.
