because blackpool is the biggest convention on the calander for magicians, they were releasing there new dvd , plus it was there first time over here. no doubt they made a ton of dough. no doubt theory11 will be invited back next feb

There certainly is! Within the next few weeks, you should see the final video, as this was merely just a teaser. Allan Hagen has done a fantastic job with the editing in the past, and I can only imagine his creativity will shine through again.

Hi conjurer77,

I believe you're referring to the "Hover Spring", an idea by Dan and Dave Buck from the original "Card Spring" (published on page 60 of Hugard and Braue's "The Royal Road to Card Magic"). In this case, the Hover Spring was used in a sandwich effect, titled "Autocatch".

You can find both the Hover Spring and Autocatch on these Dan and Dave products: "Organic" (book/PDF, 2008), "Andthensome" (DVD, 2009). Both of these can be found at dananddave[dot]com
