  • Wheat is very important to get your daily requirement of protein and carbs. Without wheat you are fored to find starch substitues like potatoes and legumes. So make sure you have plenty of flour in 5 gallon buckets. Line with visqueen and add a drying agent. Will keep for years. Buy a couple bread makers and start making your own bread (it's fun and will make sure you cycle through your flour ensuring you always have fresh buckets with long shelf life. Wheat should be at the top of the list!

  • Stock up on foods high in Vitamin D like sardines and all canned fish and fish oil, all to fight desease and Flu very important. Anything that is high in vit. D is good don't rely on Refrigated foods or foods that have to be cooked.
