1. Find out if Creation Science Evangelism's content is indeed not copyrighted as Ken Hovid has claimed.
2. If the material is not copyrighted, obtain proof of this.
3. Go after Creation Science Evangelism for filing false DMCAs, which is an Illegal and punishable offense (google the case of Michael Crook for an example).
4. Present info. to Youtube to get accounts reinstated.
No doubt because no one has yet filed a fraudulent DMCA claim against him. And since doing so is against the law (a fact CSE seems not to mind), I doubt anyone else will.

Great work, the only problem is that CSE has put up a BS Copyright notice SINCE THEN. "ALL MATERIAL (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) IS COPYRIGHT © 2007 CSE MINISTRY" So either only things after 2007 are copyrighted, or copyright law takes effect 2007 and afterwards, or what. I'm not exactly an expert at copyright law.
