Nice to hear so many like-minded comments. SE and, prior to them, Da were, in my opinion, the first Christian muso's with the nuance, intelligence and faith to remind us that God has a sense of humour. Their music is poignant, describing the beauty, mystery and terror of God while acknowledging the humour of our lives. Inspired! Musical risk taking at its best. Timeless. Thanks SE.
I love this song. You can tell that Camarillo Eddie is a songwriting genius. Who else comes up with the line "You can pretty much tell that he's lost weight from the depth of his footprint" ... and then follow it up with "It's nice to know he's still got his stuff, has he lost the accent?" . Brilliant.
Absolutely Halarious! I've bee listening to these guys since the Daniel Amos days. You can pretty much tell that I've gained weight since then by the depth of my footprints!Great Disc, keep 'em comming!
Camarillo Eddy is Terry Scott Taylor. As genuis as Terry has been, this is one of his most creative.

I love this song. Terry Taylor is the only songwriter I know who can include satire and longing in the same rock song.
