worst schema the government has ever come with.. completely destroying the rural/agriculture families by just giving free money to these people and politicians instead I would enourage the gov. to give the children of these young families with kids a good education or provide agri. instruments that will help use in the farms or provide funds to establish a business and many other ways. this schema is just to bag the voters.
