Hey Kay, I'm curious if you have ever used Maschine, or Motu BPM. I'm in China now, and its crazy expensive to buy an MPC here. Looking for an alternative. I have Ableton, but hate the arrangement view. Although chopping samples is very easy and it offers that hardware swing, that I'm used to. I noticed a video of yours using Studio One. Really like its arrangement but a friend of mine says it has a few midi quirks when recording. First note offset. Have you had that problem?

Hey KayKay - Nice work...Your beats have so much soul. Just wanted to second your advice on Ableton - I also use Ableton with the MPC etc...They sync so well together. You can also use your MPC as a MIDI drum machine if you want and sequence your drums straight in ableton while still using the MPC pads and velocities...Peace.
