What a joke, the best player of the season lost to a charity case. Russell outplayed all, the game is about doing what you can to beat others. Jury should respect someone who plays like that not sit there eating sour grapes. Shame on them and you all who support Sandra.

And if you compare Sandras Gameplay to the gameplay of some other one time players/winners then you will notice that Sandra can´t hold a candle to them. Statistics don´t prove anything. I would have been fine with 17/20 people in the cast winning, but Sandra isn't one of them.

Sandra is really good! As well as Parvati. Russell has NO social game and will never ever win. I was happy with Sandra winning but would have been happier with Parvati winning.
Parvati was not carried by russell, the Villains were carried by Parvati. If she hadn't played her two idols and won immunity all of those times that Colby and Rupert were so close to doing so, all of the villains would be gone. Amanda and Candice were jealous of Parvati pre-game, Rupert and Colby could never beat Parvati to save their lives and JT was humiliated by her, that is not sandra playing the jury it is the jury being bitter. Russell deserved a vote or two, Parvati deserved the win.

Hahahahahah at 2:48, Jeff accidently says 2 votes left. How could a guy who has counted votes for 20 seasons make that speech error?
It's because the producers know the result before the live finale. The score at the time was 3-3-0 and Jeff knew that Sandra won 6-3-0, so he knew that he would only need to read 2 more votes for her to get the required 5 votes to win.
This bothers me. Before the merge, Russell had two options to take: Courtney- lolno. Sandra- A woman WHO'S ALREADY WON. And Honestly, if he would've taken Court, Parvati still would've won. Your social game sucks dude.

Sorry but Parvati deserved to win. The jury voted bitter. Sandra certainly deserved to beat Russell, but not Parvati. Parvati's game here was better than her game in FvF and she won FvF. She shoulda won this too.
I think people REALLY underestimate how well Sandra played this game. In both Pearl Islands and this edition, she was never in a true position of power, however, she was able to manipulate the votes and draw attention away from herself. She was sort of like a mercenary and no one sees her coming. Not really aligning herself with anyone. Such a hard way to play the game that way and keep the attention away from yourself.
@ShortySOM I don't deny that Sandra played well, but I think Parvati played better. I think a few of the votes for Sandra were actually votes against Russell. They didn't want Russell to win, and unfortunately they associated Parvati with him when Parvati only allied with him cause he was her only option. I am happy that Russell got no votes, he played well in Samoa but not in this season, but I will always think that Parvati was robbed.

For those thinking that Sandra didn't deserve to win, re-watch the episodes post merge. While Pavarti was busy winning immunities to save her ass, and Russell was busy cutting throats, Sandra was buying votes. She OWNED the votes from the Heroes tribe, NOT because they were bitter at Russell, but because they identified that Sandra was on their side. Brilliantly played by Sandra.

Everybody who thinks that sandra deserved to win doesn´t know how this game works. I can somehow understand that Russell didn´t win but at least parvati should have won then. If my memory served me correct - Russell replaced Richard Hatch who coudn't get clearance with the courts. I think he did some time for failing to pay taxes for his winnings.

Oh sweet justice. Sandra winning Survivor: Heroes vs Villains was so delicious because Russell was so confident that he would be able to beat her in the finals, not realizing that Sandra had perfected this strategy in Pearl Islands, just like he had perfected the art of losing in Samoa.
Best Survivor players of all time 1. Parvati, 2. Brian (Thai), 3. Cirie, 4. Russell, 5. Boston Rob, 6. Fairplay, 7. Rob Cesternino, 8. Sandra, 9. Amanda, 10. Rupert. Parv, Brian and Cirie were best all around players. Russell was greatest strategic player ever but poor jury management means not great overall. Boston Rob was the best strategic player who led a tribe. Fairplay was best liar. Amanda and Rupert made it far 3 times, so did something right. Sorry, but Hatch was always overrated.
It's interesting. Sandra is now supposed to be the Queen because she's won twice. Then again we have Richard Hatch as the King even though Ethan outlasted him in the first All-Stars. Therefore it apparently doesn't go everytime who went further in the game. It goes who played harder and that's why to me the King is Hatch and the Queen is Parvati...

Russell single handedly made this season the greatest of them all and deserved to win the million alone for the entertainment. The other were just sore losers because Russell showed them how to play the game.

He ought to know at this point that he's never going to win this game, even if he did choose to play again at some point in the future. Not with the strategies that he uses anyway. sandra is one of the best winners ever, and i think that they all knew who was going to win before he read the votes, because unforuanetly at the start of the season i came across a spoiler with leaked results of the winner, and elimination order..i didn't think it was real at first but the order of people getting voted out matched exactly and so did the voting in the final 3.
I'm a true Survivor fan so I know for the fact that Russell AIN'T the best player ever even though he and 80% of audience thinks that. However, because I'm a true Survivor fan, I don't think Sandra deserved to win. Either Parvati or Jerri should have won. Somebody might question my logic on Jerri but if Sandra so deserved as claimed, why didn't Jerri? Her strategy was pretty much the same - flying under the radar - with exception that Jerri made 2 big moves in the game that totally changed game.

We see what's important to see, I mean do you care to see them taking a shower? Going to the bathroom? Combing their hear or scratching there head? They aren't doing something interesting most of the time, this isn't the old survivor where they actually had to survive the environment, they're not hunting or even fishing anymore.
He was nominated for his funny personality, Russel was voted for because he played the best, and the America vote only involved the two of them and Russel was the only one who made it to the end out of the two of them. It was funny though seeing the sadness on the self righteous Ruperts face as he lost that though, used to like him, but he got full of his own ego and got out of the game started the "you are evil" bull shit.
Yeah, and I've stated that's an inherent flaw because it almost ensures the best player wont go through but some tag a long that was brought by the good people because they were no threat in challenges and that was Sandra who was brought by Paverti and Russel. It shouldn't change just for Russel, there's been plenty other seasons where the best person was ripped off because of losers and their pety grudges, the vote should go to America, because they know. Rupert 2nd best?
All those things lead up to the finale, they show that you have what it takes, that you deserve it, BUT SANDRA COULDN'T DO ANY OF THAT, she was the middle man, not exactly terrible enough to get rid of, but definitely not good enough to pay attention to, and then because she was so nothing she couldn't piss anyone off and was voted for. The majority of the fans know who should have won as shown by the verizon polls, because most fans aren't emotionally attached children about this.
Because the jury is a bunch of cry babies who can't stand that someone could out wit them so damn bad, so since he did they had to find some way of making themselves seem better so they tried to take the moral high ground and acted like petty children.
All I'm saying is Russel was a far better player then she was, he actually won immunity, she never did, she was useless at challenges, she never had any real alliances, she was ignored, she failed in all of her plans, but on the other hand Russel got rid of the people he wanted to in amazing against the odds ways.

I think people REALLY underestimate how well Sandra played this game. In both Pearl Islands and this edition, she was never in a true position of power, however, she was able to manipulate the votes and draw attention away from herself. She was sort of like a mercenary and no one sees her coming. Not really aligning herself with anyone. Such a hard way to play the game that way and keep the attention away from yourself.

@ShortySOM I don't deny that Sandra played well, but I think Parvati played better. I think a few of the votes for Sandra were actually votes against Russell. They didn't want Russell to win, and unfortunately they associated Parvati with him when Parvati only allied with him cause he was her only option. I am happy that Russell got no votes, he played well in Samoa but not in this season, but I will always think that Parvati was robbed.

For those thinking that Sandra didn't deserve to win, re-watch the episodes post merge. While Pavarti was busy winning immunities to save her ass, and Russell was busy cutting throats, Sandra was buying votes. She OWNED the votes from the Heroes tribe, NOT because they were bitter at Russell, but because they identified that Sandra was on their side. Brilliantly played by Sandra.

Everybody who thinks that sandra deserved to win doesn´t know how this game works. I can somehow understand that Russell didn´t win but at least parvati should have won then. The fact is that everybody could have been sitting there instead of sandra. Even the worst player in survivor history could have been sitting up there instead of sandra and still russell and parvati wouldn´t have won. Just because of that bunch of bitter bitches. Best Survivor players of all time 1. Parvati, 2. Brian (Thai), 3. Cirie, 4. Russell, 5. Boston Rob, 6. Fairplay, 7. Rob Cesternino, 8. Sandra, 9. Amanda, 10. Rupert. Parv, Brian and Cirie were best all around players. Russell was greatest strategic player ever but poor jury management means not great overall. Boston Rob was the best strategic player who led a tribe. Fairplay was best liar. Amanda and Rupert made it far 3 times, so did something right. Sorry, but Hatch was always overrated.

It's interesting. Sandra is now supposed to be the Queen because she's won twice. Then again we have Richard Hatch as the King even though Ethan outlasted him in the first All-Stars. Therefore it apparently doesn't go everytime who went further in the game. It goes who played harder and that's why to me the King is Hatch and the Queen is Parvati...

He ought to know at this point that he's never going to win this game, even if he did choose to play again at some point in the future. Not with the strategies that he uses anyway. sandra is one of the best winners ever, and i think that they all knew who was going to win before he read the votes, because unforuanetly at the start of the season i came across a spoiler with leaked results of the winner, and elimination order..i didn't think it was real at first but the order of people getting voted out matched exactly and so did the voting in the final 3.

I'm a true Survivor fan so I know for the fact that Russell AIN'T the best player ever even though he and 80% of audience thinks that. However, because I'm a true Survivor fan, I don't think Sandra deserved to win. Either Parvati or Jerri should have won. Somebody might question my logic on Jerri but if Sandra so deserved as claimed, why didn't Jerri? Her strategy was pretty much the same - flying under the radar - with exception that Jerri made 2 big moves in the game that totally changed game.

Yeah, and I've stated that's an inherent flaw because it almost ensures the best player wont go through but some tag a long that was brought by the good people because they were no threat in challenges and that was Sandra who was brought by Paverti and Russel. It shouldn't change just for Russel, there's been plenty other seasons where the best person was ripped off because of losers and their pety grudges, the vote should go to America, because they know. All those things lead up to the finale, they show that you have what it takes, that you deserve it, BUT SANDRA COULDN'T DO ANY OF THAT, she was the middle man, not exactly terrible enough to get rid of, but definitely not good enough to pay attention to, and then because she was so nothing she couldn't piss anyone off and was voted for. The majority of the fans know who should have won as shown by the verizon polls, because most fans aren't emotionally attached children about this.
