Funny Singing dog

My 3 or 4 year old nephew was running thru the house playing the harmonica and my dog started singing like this. Now he just sings on command. We just say ... so you want to sing Arlow? and he tilts his head back and howls. Its pretty funny. I will have to post it so you can see. Totally funny. Your dog is so cute!

@EComp86 Afghan hounds are not a case of 'experimental inter breeding', they are a thousands of years old hunting dog from the middle east and pretty much unchanged for that time- a breed doesn't last that long without being something special. If the sounds really hurt the dog --> the dog will go away! They don't! Think again. In my view it's just an instinctive reaction. In nature they respond to eachother calls from a long distance as well.

The harmonica sound is one of those tones they respond to.

Howling is an instinctive response to high frequency tones which wolves used in the wild to communicate. Wolves used it to show what's the pack's territory. If dogs are angry or annoyed, they'll show their teeth and/or growl. I have not seen any case of where dogs show teeth or growl when hearing high tones. Lay down this shit now, I'm getting sick of this.
