was a senior in high school in '69....songs like this showed that the universe was revealing itself in a way that very few would understand..... the revolution happened in subtle ways.....it continues....
you may remember this from 1969, i remember being at raf el adem near tobruk in libya on 1st september when mr gaddafi took over.. it was a long time ago and i am now getting old
Actually it's John 'Speedy' Keene on drums and vocals. Jimmy McCulloch, who went on to join Wings, on guitar. Interestingly ad well as producing this, Pete also played bass.
class ! you put this on when you kickback and relax in a dimly lighted room with your friends , a nice cup of hot horlics and recollect about the hey days of the 60s .
I don't understand why people think this is poor sound quality. It's beautiful and full. This is the way it's supposed to sound. I remember when live music sounded like this.
Wonderful video, so glad I found this on here. I love the way the lights frame the album - great idea to use the vinyl album and love those crackles at the end of the track.......
this song was number 1 when I was born.

May I recommend the book 'A Pop Revolution, the transatlantic music scene 1965 to 1969' by the invisible man. The author is a big fan of this track.
