I don't know guys for some reason most, not all, compositions by AR Rehman leave me cold. It is certainly creative. Perhaps the lyrics don't do enough for me here. I had rather here Vande Matram the original for a more uplifting feeling. Perhaps my taste in music is not sophisticated enough. Certainly Rehman wins a lot of accolades in India but I fail to understand his music most of the time.
