This is why if I ever do a school play again, I will do my own makeup, it felt like acid. ( my friends hands were shaking really badly, so I used eyeliner after I got the paint out. ( that's why I like cosplay:)

Mk just saying this because I am concerned but be supper. Careful with that paint if you get some in your eye and you don't get it out then you can get a realy bad eye infection I know it happend to my bf he tried to do his gaara eyes him self acidently got it in it and we had to take a trip to the doc and he was eye patch gaara for the con lol

Why not just use eyeliner so u don't hurt yourself...

Nicely done But i'd stick with Make-up cause that way it won't hurt as much comeing off.

thats a pretty good idea, using acrylic(sp?) paint instead of eyeliner and stuff. i might try that. im planning to start my Gaara cosplay soon

but the symbol is on the wrong side...yes she is looking in a mirror but the screen we see isnt from a mirrored perspective..but its all good :)

The symbol is on the right side (no pun intented) it's just reversed because she is looking at the camera. Ty for the tutorial! I may use this in the future!

Gel liner or just regular liner would be beter

U can get infections from the paint and it hurts when the eye aria is infected

Hmmm paint is a new idea... Contemplating it.. There is more than one way to apply cosplay makeup. She's just giving us a different way to use that DOESN'T waste a lot of goddamn eyeliner. SO kudos to Deja! (:

This would probably work with eyeliner, wouldn't it? But paint probably doesn't smear as easily...Hmmmm. I don't know what to do! I don't want to use paint cause I'm pretty sure I would make myself blind with getting paint in my eye, but I want it to stay on for a long time. Maybe I'll just experiment with both. I'm definitely going to use the stencil thing for the kanji, though. Great video!

uhm for the eyes why dont you just use liquid eyeliner? its lasts a long time and wouldnt it be easier to clean up. but great vids :)

i think it'd be safer to use eyeliner and maybe some kind of face paint cause using paint doesn't seem very safe. plus gaara doesn't have funky girly eyes, they're actually pretty small and they're like the raccoon's... sorry but this makeup thing is wrong
