Depending on the borders, if you had fewer states with bigger populations and thus more electors, winning by a small margin in any of the states will grant you all the remaining electors, even though if the national "demand" speaks less for you in total, as in the case of bush, you're just happy as long as you create non-existent support with the winner-take-all system. And that's the purpose of the electors, they have no other purpose but diverting attention away from the flawed popular vote.

Democracy = mob rule. 51% of the people decide over the other 49%, which is the tyranny of the majority ruling over the minority. That is why we live in a representative republic, where we democratically elect representatives to act as our voices in local and the house of representatives. Democracy does not necessarily lead to dictatorship. Dictatorships usually arise when these above signs of despotism are present.

The Problem is not the electors, it's the borders. Bush won with a smaller popular vote in 2000. Why? Because of the borders. Let us fast-forward to the present. The USA has been losing in the battle between good & evil. However, it is neverending & there are a few new characters in play that (in the devastatingly chaotic grounds) make it so that the good side in that battle has a bit more strength. We have been falling, but we can still stand, and that is what we're doing right now. it just takes time. When a very large body rises, it takes a long time.

Depending on the borders, if you had fewer states with bigger populations and thus more electors, winning by a small margin in any of the states will grant you all the remaining electors, even though if the national "demand" speaks less for you in total, as in the case of bush, you're just happy as long as you create non-existent support with the winner-take-all system. And that's the purpose of the electors, they have no other purpose but diverting attention away from the flawed popular vote.

Its not the American government that is doing that, it is the centralization of the private banks that loan and issue the currency that we all use: the Federal Reserve, through fractional reserve banking and compound interest. If we were to pay off all debt, there would be no money supply. Go watch "Money As Debt" on google video, and you will understand this better.

If we had a currency backed by Gold, in a savings based economy, and the government printed the currency and spent it, rather than loaned it, into the economy, we would have a debt free currency. Thus no need to tax so high, to cover budget short falls.
Our government could then be limited, and protect the property, rights and persons of the nation. Have a malita, and collect enough money to run the government on tariffs from goods from other nations.

Democracy = mob rule. 51% of the people decide over the other 49%, which is the tyranny of the majority ruling over the minority. That is why we live in a representative republic, where we democratically elect representatives to act as our voices in local and the house of representatives. Democracy does not necessarily lead to dictatorship. Dictatorships usually arise when these above signs of despotism are present.

The Problem is not the electors, it's the borders. Bush won with a smaller popular vote in 2000. Why? Because of the borders. If you think about it, the winner-take-all system in 48 states ensures that it'll always be impossible for no candidate of any other party and rather be possible for a candidate with less support than the other from either party to win the national vote. That's the true reason for the electors, to distract people from the absurdity of the system.

This film was made in 1946. It was 1954 when "under God" was inserted into our pledge. How many people know that? Yup, a complete depopulation tool! Also feminism can be used to keep men weak! With women taking our jobs, how will men be able to get a footing to compete with the men at the top? Unless you become part of their group, we are delegated to full time Indian. I say there is not enough Chiefs and to many Indians!

They only way to save us, is to not let women vote and only let the smart super successful class of men vote. The top 5%, which sadly doesn't include me!!!

"democratic" country in the world is Switzerland. The Swiss have a mix of "Direct Democracy" and "Representative Democracy".

Democracy is inherantly unfair if the "demo" do not also take the best interest of minority groups into account. If the majority abuse their power, the minority group will feel that although they have a vote, they have no say - leading to frustration with limited ways to vent it.

I think it's important to remember that democracy was always fought for by the people. No kind king or government handed democracy out like soup at a kitchen.
And people need to remember that the way to maintain democracy is though you individual actions.
