Yeah, SA "invited the world" to play the game with them, then they started blowing those blasted vuvuzelas. This Cup has the lousiest audio on record. Nobody can hear the singing and chanting anymore, it's just one long drone. Tell me this isn't black payback against Apartheid? "Cultural" my butt! All this blowing is just plain inconsiderate to everybody else.
On basic principle, football is inferior to soccer. Why? In soccer, you don't have fat overweight guys making a play for 2 seconds, having a rest for 5 minutes, taking another 5 minutes to get back on the field, and then going at it again, all while taking turns on the oxygen masks that are parked on the side of the bench. Soccer is hands down the most physically demanding sport in the world. Give me 5 football players that have the stamina to go a full 90 minutes of running

Did they also play football?
