We all have our own believes and experiences. I 100% believe our souls continue on. I have comm. to 2 grandprts after they passed and they even relayed beautiful info for me to pass on to my aunts/uncles to help bring them closure. My believe systems help me to deal with death and any other obstacles that I face in life. I have to tell you, my stress levels have decreased and my Joy increased. If you want to talk more about this I can offer you a free 30min. ph coach sess. laugh@lightnup.ca
I lost my gran last year, and I miss her like hell every single day. It's like a rain cloud over my head and when I realise I'm not going to be able to see her or talk to her ever again, it makes me want to just curl up and disappear sometimes. I think your wrong in saying her soul has spread out over the universe and she's watching me, because she's not, she's gone. Accepting that is how to deal with grief, not covering it up with colourful fairytale stories... just kidding yourself on.
I'm so glad you feel better. It's okay to be sad. Anytime you have those emotions - feel them - let them out - then remember that your grandad is in such an awesome place and he's surrounding you with his love. He'll be there for all of your important moments cheering you on. Glad we could connect.
This is a good video. it made her feel better. y grandad died 2day. its th 1st def i hv had 2 coe wif, i am only 13. i cnt help but cry. buti feel quite better now. thx =)
Haha!! =0) Keep that awesome humour going. How are you doing? Be with your emotions, cherish the 'amazingness' of your loved one and know they want you to be happy and they are surrounding your with their energy to hug and comfort you. You are strong and can handle anything that is thrown at you. Your sorrow will pass and will be replaced with the JOY you once beamed and that amazing energy you have is an amazing gift to everyone around you.
