This was the play at my camp this summer. At first we were all very disappointed and wanted to drop out, since all of us were 16 who HATE shakespeare. I was Helena, and Im so happy I did it. This is the best play I've ever been in! It's honestly so much fun!

@humaira1998 Unfortunately, school systems in every country where English is the native language can't get it into their collective brains that Shakespeare is NOT for children. I hope that some day, when you're grown up, you'll realise how beautiful this play is, and how glorious the use of our language is in it. But until that time, you and 99.999% of all children will find Shakespeare "BORING".

@Aussiemarco Sadly true. And a large percentage of grown adults still hold on to the beliefs they forged in school that anything written by Shakespeare is boring, which is a true shame. But I think the fault lies in the teaching method. People must remember that Will wrote at a time when over 85% of the population were illiterate. His plays were not meant to be read, they were written to be SEEN, and it is then that they come alive, on the live stage (or film), not a dusty book.

I was in the play when I was a Freshman in High school. I was as Mustardseed and one of the attendents of Hippolyta. I only wanted to do that play because I heard about this 1999 movie version of the play and thought I'm in. Then after I was in the play, I saved the script and rented A Midsummer Night's Dream, enjoyed it, and it was delightful.
