The music is ok,but this band,honestly,should check a mythology/language book before choosing a name.The word is AdRasteia and not AdastReia.

@reaperHDB I'm not a "spelling geek".They can't say it means "she from whom nobody can escape" and spell it wrong,because it changes its meaning.They can choose whatever name they want,but they have to be correct.Greek is my mother language,so I know the meaning of the name.Actually "Adastreia" (in the way they spell it) would mean "she who is against the stars" although there is no such language or name :p

@QueenLilith82 if you are such a language expert how could you say it means "she who is against the stars" and then say there is no such language or name? If your statement "but they have to be right" you have just violated it, and now are guilty of what you so easily accuse others of. Look in the mirror of your dreams and find peace with yourself rather than trying to judge others.

@QueenLilith82 I might be wrong, but I believe that the origin of the band's name is the latin phrase "ad astra" which means "to the stars" and they just change it a little bit by adding the ending "-eia" influenced by the many female-fronted bands with the ending letters "-ia" on their names, such as tristania, sirenia etc. It's just a theory of mine, I don't say that is the right one.

(also ARCTURUS have a song called "ad astra", a true masterpiece)

Since they claim that their name is "a name for Nemesis" two things might happen

1st

there's a meaning behind the lines, not by word translation, something like "Nemesis/judgement of some higher force comes from the stars/heaven/above"

or 2nd

as you've said they didn't research properly before they decide their name

but anyways that song is so great
