The VSM201 is the holly graal... only 50 units were produced in '78... I wonder how many of them are still working and used in studios... It's like trying to get a Moog or a Bode vocoder : nearly IMPOSSIBLE.

This version is much better than the one I have, which has some  terrible, dated, percussuion sounds on it.

I have the crap verion on a best of compilation, but I've looked around the legit download sites for this much better version but sadly I haven't been able find it.

@SlickFunker Getting it legit will be pretty tough. A box set release of all of Herbie's Columbia albums will be released in October. Maybe they will fix the CD version of Feets Don't Fail Me Now and put this proper version on it...
