Excepted lifespan in my country is 25.6 years longer and GDP per capita is 24 times higher than in Tanzania. We have very little natural resources, all our wealth, prosperity and security comes from science and development of technology.

I bet your country is fighting in Libya as we speak for reources you dont have to prolong your life span even further; There are myriads of reasons for Tanzanians shorter life span and lower GDP one is the desparation for resources of countries like yours.
