so i've been playing it.... graphics barely feel better than that from madden 06. so much for developing it ground up for the wii. and all the commentary and looped actions are still the same from 06 (everything's STILL being recycled), even the part after the game where your madden cards used to be saved, except there's no madden cards so it's just a still screen...

it looks really arcadey and it comes across as they are just getting people who dont even know how to play football and dont know the rules to play there game the call the shots mode yh it looks good but its just there because the idiots who dont know how to plays in the nfl playbook look at the 360 and ps3 version it has all of the blitz's and shotgun play action passing this is just there so people can chose there own play because they dont understnd what the plays on the ps3/360 versions are

i just wanted to add (ran out of characters in last post), graphics can NOT be judged on you tube, whoever makes a final decision off of the you tube video is an idiot. the graphics are dumbed down and made horrible when put into flash. you can get the basic idea and compare in between the consoles, but that's about it. since ea had this game developed ground up for the wii, i am hopeful they didn't half-ass it, and they usually don't so there's nothing to worry about really.

yeah, I was worried when i looked at the screenshots and gameplay videos that they didn't improve it at all, but when i got it today the graphics were much more smooth and realistic than they looked on the internet.

first of all, the wii is not capable of 720 hd as a wii owner myself. that said, 360 owners really shouldn't get all high and might since even though the games are developed in 720, they are usually released in 480; most 360 games aren't even released using the hd capabilities. if you take that into account, the wii's maximum output is comparable (a little worse) than the 360's non-hd. the problem is developers don't have enough backing to develop the wii ground up, resulting in ps2 ports.

Just so everyone's clear, the Wii CANNOT AND NEVER WILL output in 720i/p. 480p is the absolute highest Wii can output.

PS3 doesnt even have all the last gen features, unlike wii. Plus,get your facts stright because wii has HD graphics at 720p. Not to mention, wii actually might have more features do to the all play,new online modes,online lag being fixed,call your shots, and all the mini games. Does the wii have to make everything into a childs play. Its a piece of shit compared to the ps3 and xbox360. The graphics are childish. The all play thing is simply retarted. The stadiums are unrealistic. The wii ref thing is annoying. The scoreboard gets in the way of the receiver when running a play action. I played ncaafootball 09 and it was even worse. I fumbled 9 times in one game. However I still managed to win with 3 punt returns for Tds. There are so many flaws in this game DONT BUY IT!
