  • If that was a feral it would have bitten you hand off.

  • chlorhexidine gluconate (from drug stores) & water. The deeper the wound, the more water. I started with 1 part cg, 9 part water & increased it to 3 parts cg, 7 parts water couple of days later. Followed by purified water to rinse it off. He will hiss at first & try to dodge the giant q-tip, you don't see that in my video cause it had been a few days. Don't worry, when he does, don't back up or move forward for a second, then slowly keep trying. After a few tries he'll realize it's fine.

  • What are you cleaning the cat's wound with and what are you putting on the cat after cleaning his wound. I have a ferral cat and has an open wound on his head. Thanks for your help.
