The past year has been a tough one for me... losing my best friend over a dissagreement... I've always 'technically' been christian; but i didn't embrace my faith until i gave up, and God was the only thing i felt i had left. i started to pray every night, and all of a sudden, for the first time in a long time- i was happy! I was able to forgive and love!
Ask and ye shall receive! I asked Jesus to show me my pride and dishonesty, and He did. Then I asked Him to remove it. Then when I was able to be for real with myself and Him, I asked Him to show me my sin. Then I asked to wash my sin away with His blood. Then I asked Jesus to show me the fears, doubts and scars I had in my heart. Then I asked Jesus to take it away. I could not do any of this myself, I had to ASK HIM to do it. He did. And then HE ASKED ME to tell others what He did for me.
I heard how Jesus changed other people's lives and I wanted it too.I was a lying stealing cheating arrogant sexually immoral drug-addicted jerk.I knew I was bad and wanted to be good.I asked Jesus to take control of my life;I had made a mess of it.He came and purified my thought-life and heart.I believe the Son of God died for my sins and rose again. Understanding His love I trust Him and give Him control of my life. He transformed me into a new person.Never knew joy like this was possible.
Lol i heard the song once without this video, and I never thought that It'd be about god. I still don't understand what's christian about this song (not saying that it's bad).
Okay, I'm not Christian. I don't even want to become a christian. But I love this song and I think it has a great message. Don't try to convert me people, for I already have a faith. But, alot of Christian bands make sogs with great, relatable meaning even if they are interrpretted in a different way than other do.
The only thing I will ever need is God's love. The beauty about that fact is that God promised us that He would ALWAYS provide us with the things that we need......not necessarily the things that we want. I think that concept is often forgotten today. I know I will always need God's love.

im a 16 year old guy and just a year and a couple months and before i used to hate christian music and make fun of it and then went to a private school to play basketball and it happened to be a christian school. we went on a retreat the first week and it changed my life forever. and now i LOVE GOD and christian music and i always get teary when listening to this. @JesusGodHolySpirit3 I sure can :) An altar is a pile/wall of stones where sacrifices were brought to be killed and burnt for God (Lambs were used during the bible days) . @JesusGodHolySpirit3 I sure can :) An altar is a pile/wall of stones where sacrifices were brought to be killed and burnt for God (Lambs were used during the bible days) . Its how they used to ask God for forgiveness for there sins. After Jesus died we no longer needed to do sacrifices becouse He is our ever-lasting sacrifice. :) If you want to know more, messege me :)

In 2010, my parents were in a major car accident. the sun shined directly into my dad's eyes. He slammed the breaks and said "Kim, hold on tight, were gonna crash!". They slammed into a tractor trailer. I was on my way home when i noticed my bro picked e up instead. he said well have to stay at my cuz house and he wouldnt tell me what happen. I called my dad and he said he was in the hospital. He said both my parents doors opened and pepople came to help them get out. 30 sec.afterthe car exploed
