Shayne Ward has a good voice, sure I don't argue with that. But I hate that he copied Bryans song. It's not a cover, it's a copy. Hate it. Bryan deserves more then having people copying his songs.

Obviously Bryan doesn't mind it. The artist gets paid royalties for people using their song. It's part of the copyright laws and if someone doesn't get permission first they get sued. A high percentage of artists do it and if they don't copy the words a lot of artists sample portions of tracks to include in their own track. It has been done for years and is in no way uncommon.

I didn't mean that Shanye Ward did something legaly wrong, and I never said that Bryan didn't agree to it. I just say that I think Shane Wards version is to much like the original that I don't really like it and that I want more people to know that it's Bryan song from the beginning, not Shanes.
