  • I ran rg 309..and it broke me after two months!

  • i work as a rail grinder its a hard job not for the phyiscally weak

  • I remember long ago when I was in 2nd grade. I saw one of these rail grinders while on my way home from school. it was when the Southern Pacific Railroad was still in existence.

  • what up with you camara

  • A Kodak CX-7330 digital camera? A simple 3mp camera. If you listen to some of my other posts, you will hear me apologize for the camera. It was free and I can't afford a better one. So to me, capturing the subject is more important then the quality of the video.

  • @ke4rit

  • It must be more amazing to watch it live.

  • i used to drive these things easy to learn and operate

  • those things are just sinister looking at nite

    good job!

  • i didn't know they did that over there and i grew up not far from there. LOL!

  • i love this video one grinder came by only this one was extremely long

  • A truly awesome video!

  • I wonder what drive system is running the traction motors on this bad boy. Tech Power Controls ISO Drive is my guess. That is a harsh environment for drive electronics. Lots of sealant and forced air cooling.

  • in about 3 weeks ill be driving these bad boys

  • whats it like working for loram as a rail grinder?

  • oops i lied i drive a Loram Dircher, there are only six of the ditchers in the world...

  • I LOVE THESE TRAINS

  • oooooooooooooo! the colors...

  • LOL I saw this train go by. I was near the St. Joseph Hospital. We thought the train was derailing.
