Live, 20 OCT 1966, at 'The Club' - with 'The Club' being in Chicago, really a new edition of Club DeLisa...not! (CA just putting in a plug for his Windy City friend’s new place.) The truth is "the crowd's excitement coming through loud and clear" was from the invited audience in Capitol Record's Hollywood studio - w/ a way open bar to boot.

Joe Zawinul plays a Wurlitzer electric piano on some of this Mercy album's tunes. (Zawinul got his Weather Report group going 4 yrs later.) :I:
