  • Well this comment is to save you from these idiots on here who believe in a fairy tale(god). I hope that this Un guy can maybe not be a cunt like his dad and open North KR up to the world, that'd be cool. I also think this idiot on here trolling u w/ the Muslim name is fucking retarded.... hes got sand on his dick from humping his camel no doubt, hes angry now.

  • I get that the whole war era was important to them, but can't they stop lingering? It's 2012, and the past is the past. There's no shit we can do about it.

  • makes me sad that a lot of my Korean friends still are upset at Japanese people... some of them told me they use to 'hate' Japan because of the past. Some are completely fine, but others I'm amazed at what they say @_____________________________@

  • I think he's going to try and surpassed his father in cruelty to impress his people. I believe he likes American style living and stuff. We should get him a house here in America close to Disneyland, then he would change he's Country Disney style. Lol

  • Toward japan it's because of that unresolved history..and some politics thats related to. Toward china, its mainly just politics because they are still..well sorta communist and support n.korea (like aid and such). As Korea and USA are on the same side, we want communism to fall apart and maybe some peace in korean peninsula? Ok i think i can summarize the problem. To Japan its mainly about the things before the Korean war?(as Chosun) and To China it's about the post-Korean war

  • hmm as a south korean... we don't hate/or dislike chinese even worse or anything. we like japanese and chinese sorta ok.(like some japanese like kpop and such) BUT if we don't like japanese and chinese, its because of different reasons.

  • @00098765574 I recall there was a video recording (don't remember where I've seen it) of a japanese TV report about how korean kids learn in their schools to draw pictures how japan should suffer calamities or be washed away by a giant tsunami and stuff :P I'd say koreans are not all entirely "ok" with japan XD

  • @Belikel

Yes, I've seen those. And that's SOUTH KOREA. Shocking stuff. But in the end there is a lot of cultural exchange between both countries.

  • @Belikel That video in question was taken shortly after Dokdo Takeshima disputes brought up by Japan. It really means war to Korean people. Let's shoot a video of Japanese school kids after news of North Korean Missile striking Tokyo. Can North Korean complain about the reactions of Japanese kids?

  • Lot's of people in Japan(not only Japanese) don't like Koreans because Koreans have a short temper and complex about themselves because Korea is and always will be inferior to Japan.

  • @naturalthing1 That's is very superficial.

  • Weeaboos deserve to burn.

  • @RadicalAwesomeness

People who still say weaboo deserve to get wedgies AT MY HAND!

  • @Gimmeaflakeman High five, my brother

  • @Gimmeaflakeman Well that's actually a fetish of mine. Can't wait.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman uh yeah i agree with him. I'm a pan asinist and u people never cease to annoy the fuck out of me and other real asians.

  • @MuslimApostate

First of all I have no idea who the him in "i agree with him" is.

And "pan asinist"?! I had to google that. Nothing comes up. Lastly, you make vids wearing a mask. Allow me to make sure you got that. WEARING A MASK. Why the F do you think anything you say means anything to me? You don't even make sense.

However, I do thank you for giving me the opportunity to reply to your panasinine (sic) comment and thus giving my subs to see what a colossal pan joke you are.

    BOOM!

  • @Gimmeaflakeman wow so when u don'y like hearing the truth u yanks as usual go right to the insults such as ripping on how i type even though english isn't my first language. And pan asianist is what i said and it has to do with asian unity. I'm turkish and avar to ethnic peoples actually native to asia unlike u and other western whites.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman I believe in unity of all asia free of all political and economic influence from the white west who is an exploiter and doesn't deserve to have any of its people living in asia. Many japanese i have met are also pan asian believers and that its something many younger japanese are beggning to embrace. I look forward to the day my japanese brothers kick u yanks and oter white western cunts out of japan and the rest of my beloved asia.

  • @MuslimApostate

Actually your dream is not a bad one. I would say it should extend the entire world. However, it's a pipe dream, an expression which ironically comes from smoking too much opium, which -- as your bizarre appearance and comments would indicate -- are not far from the truth.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman thansk for being a typical yank and judging me simply for what i wear in my videos. And u americans wonder why so much of the world judges u right back. See my videos if u truly care so much as to why i have a mask. And as someone who has worked in both japan and recently china as an esl teacher i would advise you not judge me in the intellect department either. Lastly u have no idea how many other asians ive met who think like me. More then u think.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman as the west begins its gradual economic and political decline no doupt so will american and western influence throughout asia decline. Once the japanese no longer have a use for u being in there country what makes u think they gonna let you stay? Since your american i'll let your ignorance of current affairs slide. U have no idea whats in store for the near future. Times change as u will see soon enough:)

  • @MuslimApostate

It must irk you that I've been in Japan probably longer than you've been out of diapers. (Course, the way you think I wouldn't be surprised if that was just a couple of years.)

Question for you, CR (Conspiracy Racist), You think they'll strip me of my wife, house, & dog? (All 3 are Japanese, btw.)

Should I build a bunker and store canned sushi! & kakinotane? LOL!

Dude, I love you! You're insane and you keep posting on my vids! You're better than Netflix!

  • @Gimmeaflakeman like i said you will see what i mean soon enough. Btw look up japan dropping the Dollar in favor of the Yuan with china. The world is losing what little confidance they have in US currency. The opec and bric countries (including china) are also planning to permanantly drop the dollar and euro in favor of using gold reserves. Look it up if u don't believe me. After that the wests days are numbered.

  • @MuslimApostate

Hilarious how you are completely uninterested in addressing anything in my responses. BTW. I get paid in yen, man. I own no dollars.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman good for you. lets see how long that lasts. Unless u can teach mandarin or cantonese then don't count on being an english teacher in the future japan. As western influence declines in asia no doupt so to will the use of english and other european languages. Good luck. You and other foriegners are gonna be seeing some very nasty changes in japan and elsewhere in asia.

  • @MuslimApostate

When? And try answering ONE fucking question you racist bore.

  • LEAVE KIM JONG IL ALONE......................

  • oooo you have a song now? is this old news? i'm an occasional viewer :)

  • Who owns [that domain that is censored by YT]? Maybe the United Nations? :P

  • I noticed your use of "We" in the pejorative sense in referring to "We Americans" or gaijins. By the way, what unit are you/did you serve in the Army? I noticed your T-shirt. Or is that simply an accessory to further distinguish you from your Japanese brethren (rhetorical). Oh well, I guess I'll have to watch ANN or NHK for the unvarnished Japanese outlook on Korea, not as it's liberally interpreted by some YT gaijin tarento.

  • @impragmatic

You obviously did not watch until the last few seconds which might have made you smile.

  • @kenta54023 What's that logic? It's true people shouldn't hold grudges, but when Osama attacked the towers you wanted him dead, even thought you love their petrol, like when you stopped Japanese oil supply, the Japanese shouldn't attack Pearl Harbour? (By the way, I'm assuming you're American)

  • Awesome shirt!! Where'd you get it?

  • kinda wish you did a translation of the poster. Maybe you could just add it to the description?

  • ..well if they had internet and youtube they could learn easily. nowadays.

  • この記事と前の金正日の記事が見れませんよ。

  • @kenta54023 Citizens are not guilty of the crimes of previous regimes, whether they are Japanese, British, German or Russian. They are certainly not prohibited from becoming upset when their families are kidnapped. What a stupid thing to say. If you really believe it, then great; that's one less person whose opinion matters.

  • nice to hear a point of view from Japan on this recent event

  • My Samsung TV and phone are fucking AWESOME. My Sony laptop is lame.

My vote goes to South Korea.

  • @kenta54023

True. I've been there. It's common.

  • @kenta54023

"Short term"? You mean like 10 years?

    BUT...OK. I will. I'll ask.

  • unit 731

  • @kenta54023 ah just as i thought :)

  • I don't understand how his name can have kanji... :/ cos it's a foreign name, isn't it?

Shouldnt his name be キム ジョング イル or something like that haha :P

  • @Praptolium It's because Korea use/d Chinese Characters too before Hangul was introduced. I don't know but I think because of that it's common to have a Korean name in Kanji too.

  • @Praptolium The Chinese and Koreans taught kanji to the Japanese people, the Chinese character is still used in Korea but not very frequent, and its called Hanja...

  • I love the way you explain things ^_^ and makes it seem harmless to not hate another country .. if that made sense lol. but yes! I hope things improve and get better and we all have a nice peaceful time :) because I'm sick of these problems between countries and stuff and hating on each other. I understand the past is cruel, but I think us present time people, should improve ourselves to not let it happen again. >:D great video!

  • @kenta54023

I'd have to disagree. If South Korea absorbed North Korea it would cripple their economy. The North has nothing to offer the south except for cheap manpower, but that would endanger jobs in SK.

That said, I personally hope it happens.

  • Really interesting video and comments! Thanks for your thoughts on this : )

  • @kenta54023 Are you seriously saying that the crimes of previous regimes invalidate the outrage expressed by people when their relatives and friends and compatriots are kidnapped? That is ridiculous. You must also think that any British person who dared to expressed grief or outrage after the 7/7 terrorist attacks is also a hypocrite. They should think back with remorse to British imperialism and hold their tongues... Shame on you! Nobody takes you seriously.

  • I doubt an inexperienced porky pig can manage North Korea. I remember reading the NY Post where apparently Kim Jong's sushi chef (who is Japanese) was afraid of Kim Jong II because he had a menacing look. This chef actually fled North Korea and didn't show his face to the media out of fear of being assassinated. I say keep feeding porky pig his bon bon's his so his ass doesn't press that nuclear button.

  • Love your t shirt victor send me the website where to buy it please . Thanks

  • Comment removed

  • Many older Koreans and Chinese are both upset because of Japan not delivering a proper apology to them for WW II. I read about the kidnappings and it's outrageous.

  • I worry for my SK friends whom are still in contract with the SK army at this point, but one of them told me that if something doesn't happen soon then it will probably be okay

  • The outside world still only knows very little about NK because of the government, no one even know's Kim Jong Il's age of death for certain. It's a very fascinating country but scary at the same time..... so sad that the leaders are so fat while people are starving as well. I mean his son is obese for crying out loud :(

  • Many starving N. Koreans took the Kim Jon Il's death as an opportunity to flee the country, which is very dangerous. NK's aren't allowed to leave the country without proper certification, which is hard to get. Just like foreigners aren't allowed in w/o same type of things + they are monitored and photage censored

  • So were they like forced to cry for Kim Jon IL? jw :o

  • @MANNY100123 yep, that's why everyone is so over the top. It's a common political display. Sadly the people r very controlled by the government & any small thing could put u in prison or put 2 death. If someone sees and decides to accuse you of being a traitor or what not

  • ok...for some reason I can't watch this video... it won't start and it's a video I really want to watch!! And for some reason it's just this video I can't watch...

  • that song you put on the video is funny but a little disturbing.

  • from what I've heard (from Korean friends), it's usually the older generation of Koreans that do not like that Japanese, and it's based primarily on issues that center around WWII. According to my friends, Japan denied doing anything wrong to Korean and refused to apologize, so the older Koreans tend to carry a grudge.

  • Speaking of kidnappings, I'm especially horrified when I read about the kidnappings of several Japanese people who were kidnapped in the late 1970's...

  • @wiiplayer9revisited Yeah, I can understand why Japanese are still worried about it. Even if I don't believe it's happening anymore, there's really no guarantee that NK couldn't start kidpannings again. And they've kept abducting South Koreans until at least the late 90's and early 2000's, though I don't know of any cases after that.

  • Nice guy Kim Jong Il dies. LOL

  • I don't think Japan needs to be too worried about North Korea. Some missile test fired into sea is going to kill some fish at most. I'm more worried about North pulling some stunt regarding South Korea again, like the sinking of Cheonan battleship and shelling of Yeonpyeong island in 2010.

  • For me, it was obvious that they made people to mourn in front of the camera. Kim Jong Il's death was rather a salvation for North Korean people. I don't know how Il's successor will behave though. But I guess, there're not going to be any remarkable differences. Apart from the ''government'' everyone else suffered for years under this terrible reign. I hope the best of luck to North Korean! ガンバレー.

  • I think the biggest problem with Japan China/Korea relations is that the Japanese don't seem to care about their wrong doings. Yes, it is the past, but dismissing it like that is just rude.

WW2 is in the past and I have no malice towards the Germans. I even speak German. But if a German tells me "It's the past, get over it", I'll punch him.

I'm Dutch and the Dutch have done some horrible stuff in the past as well, but I'm not going to tell anybody to "get over it".

  • @SireStefan

I would never tell anyone who suffered directly but how far back should we go? Should the Spaniards compensate Mexico and Peru for raping their people and resources? Almost everyone who was directly affected or had anything to do with that is dead or will be dead in the next few years.

And it isn't like Japan hasn't apologized at all. Check my description for links.

  • I know that Most of the Korean around their 35, don't really like Japan. But I have here in Tokyo lots of Korean friends which are around their 25, and they don't seem to blame Japan that much about the past. Not that they don't care but I think the generation are changing? What do you think?

  • I read that Kim Jong-Un is not ready to take over which suggests that there will be more military involvment with the leadership of the country..

  • Army sucks.

  • @Aktivebomb

You obviously didn't watch till the end for the ARMY surprise.

  • What do I think?

Honestly.. I haven't given it any thought because I don't care.

  • Interesting video!! :D That's sorta the mood I picked up from my coworkers, but now that mood has been confirmed! I also hope nothing will happen in this transition period for North Korea. Honestly, though, I'm a little more worried about South Korea and how they the new North Korea will behave towards them. Thanks for this, Victor! :D

  • @LaurenNIHON

    Thanks!

  • Sexpose at 4:05 ;)

  • Maybe now Kim Jong Un's older brother can finally go to Disney Land Tokyo.

  • I dunno, I feel like its gonna be really tense now. Like, is his son just as crazy and corrupt as his father? Is he gonna throw the world into a mass war and send nukes? Ok, kind of crazy over the top but still. I'm kind of scared, and I live in America.

  • It never ceases to amaze me the kind of shitstorm that ends up in comments for Victor's videos...

  • Thanks for the interesting info! When you said that Japan and South Korea are on "friendly terms" you meant specifically politically, right? Cause isn't there an anti-South Korean movement going on thanks to the popularity of Korean pop culture? In fact, I heard there is a lot of discrimination against Koreans in Japan so a lot of Koreans immigrants change their names to Japanese names and lie about their ethnicity. How big of an issue is it? It'd be nice to get a video on it talking about it.

  • @DaRunningMan

I mean economically. They are both huge traders and TONS of Japanese tourist go to S.Korea every day. It's actually cheaper for many of us to go to Seoul than to travel inside of Japan.

  • Yes there will always be exceptions, depending on your generation. My Great Grandfather was Japanese but my Dad used to despise that about his side of the family for what happened in WWII, but my cousins and I like that about my father's side. When I started learning 日本語 when I was in 5th grade, they thought I was under a bad influence. They now acknowledge it. The recent generations of Chinese and Koreans live in the present, while the past generation lives in the past. Btw, I am a Chi/Ja Asian

  • nice informative video thanks

  • I know many Koreans and I'm happy to say that they all love the Japanese people. My neighbor is Korean and is very excited that I'm studying Japanese, and all the Koreans I met in Japan love the Japanese as well. There will always be exceptions, and racism. Not all history is pretty. I'm American and I love the Japanese, despite Pearl Harbor. Don't blame Victor for having his own opinion based on what he's seen since he's lived there. Textbooks and real life don't always match up people.

  • @MetalOfHeaven777 Why would a Japanese hating Korean live in Japan???

  • @tenkirulez uh. they don't. Neither does my neighbor.

  • @MetalOfHeaven777

In Japan I rarely see/hear of any unpleasantness. In fact I know quite a few Japanese/Korean couples. Formed my opinions based on reading & from talking to gaijin who live over there. Check out Qiranger's channels. He's talked about it. It's surprising! I personally visited twice & had similar reactions: Oh, you live in Japan? (Pause) I don't like Japanese. It was worse in China though. Course you're right. Nobody's subjective experience is the rule. Cheers!

  • @Gimmeaflakeman Dude Kim Jong Un went to school in Switzerland i think, he liked video games and basketball, you cant just go to someone who like video games and basketball to a dictator

  • Man, you are so disgusting ! you know nothing but Shit.

  • Koreans tend to hate the Japanese because of the Japanese occupation which ended in 1945.

It was rather brutal. As long as that generation of people are still alive, that hatred will exist in some way.

I think in in Asiatic cultures in general, they tend to listen to the older generations more than us in North America.

  • I don't think this guy will build bridges, Victor. Kim Jong Il had an older son who was passed up for the job because he wasn't tough enough. Un's personality is very similar to his dad's.

  • Pretty sure un.com would be owned by the United Nations, fyi

  • The Koreans should hold this grudge forever and ever until the end of time. The greatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgrandchildren of the ones who did this should pay for what their greatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgrandparents did. :)

  • good video!

  • All I know is, I know a lot of Japanese people who love k-pop. But when J-pop was "in", I've never seen Koreans go wild over their music.

If I'm not mistaken, I remember BoA was shunned by some Koreans because she started making music in Japanese and having concerts in Japan or something.. And I've heard stories from people about Koreans who hate Japanese... but never met a Japanese or heard of a Japanese who hate koreans, unless they are some far-right wing politician, which is not that common..

  • @Gimmeaflakeman The situation is worrisome because nobody knows for sure what kind of leader Jong-Un will be, or whether the military will even accept him. There are so many uncertainties at this stage, I don't really see much point in trying to hash it out prematurely. Seems to me all we can do is wait for him to make his move and see what happens. Scary stuff about those kidnappers, but I somehow doubt you have much to fear from them, lol.

  • "Koreans seem to hate Japanese"... such an ignorant statement.... but then again ur prone to making them, i've noticed. meanwhile Japan is still uncovering mass graves and exhuming the remains of thousands of past Korean and Chinese victims even in areas like Shinjuku, and yet failing to admit these are victims of war crimes or giving them a proper burial.

  • @ishiodai

LOL! Talk about ignorant. A proper burial?

Uh... 99% of all dead are cremated in Japan.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman

But I'm quite happy to humor you. Please send me links to the exhuming in Shinjuku you speak of. I would talk about it if I'd heard anything of it. (i.e. I haven't.) Personally though, who cares. They're dead. When I'm dead you can dishonor my corpse all you like. I promise won't care.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman I'll find the links and send them to you. Maybe you wouldn't care if it happened to you, but some people do care. Some people lost loved ones and never heard from them again. To this day people are unsure of what happened to them. So don't dismiss it by saying 'who cares, they're dead'. These scars last a lifetime and affect more than just the dead but the living too

  • @Gimmeaflakeman that's like saying the families of victims of the Auschwitz concentration camps should be happy that at least the bodily remains were sent to the on-site crematoria. So...I stand by what I said

  • I hope you accept my vid response. Interesting vid, as ever, sensei~!

  • Chinese and Korean people hate the Japanese because what they did to them in "The Raping of Nanking" during World War II. Although that was a very long time ago, some Koreans and Chinese can't seem to let of the past.

  • Well Just before attacking peril harbor. Japan had conquered Korea and parts of China. And did some very in human things there. Study the history. Grudges linger perhaps forever?

  • Thumbs up, if you tried to search for un.com

  • an imperfect man cannot successfully rule over imperfect men.

  • Victor, you're all glowy. Did you have supernatural injections recently?

  • That Rick Perry caption made me laugh out loud. HAHAHAHAH! Good vid and thanks for promoting the X'mas Collabs ~ The OldenDude II.

  • You've made some interesting points but I'd like to point out a few things about what you said - "Japanese people love South Korea but strangely Koreans seem to hate the Japanese.." First of all, Japanese people do NOT love Koreans. If you're just talking about Japanese people liking Korean food, thats different bc Korean people also love Japanese food - sushi, sashimi, donkatsu..etc. Just google and read about "Unit 721" maybe you'll understand better the relationship among the 3 countries.

  • @xxxxmimi

I know about "Unit 721" and Nanking, etc. That was how many years ago now?

In 20 years I've met maybe 1 or 2 people who would admit they dislike Koreans, but I have met quite a few who don't like Chinese.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman

Just rewatched the video. I said they love South Korea "at least on some levels". I believe you need to listen a bit more closely and hear what I actually say...not what you THINK I said.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman but as i also said, South Koreans also love Japanese on "some level" too (you say that in a very general term) and if I were to guess more level than Japanese loving Korean. I already mentioned Korean ppl enjoying Japanese food but also you'll see a lot more Korean teens learning Japanese and going to Japan to study abroad than vice versa. So your statement about "Japanese seem to love Korea on some levels but Korean seem to hate Japan" isnt really accurate.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman That was only about 70 yrs ago...something your grand parents might have experienced if they were living in Asia. As newer generation, I do believe that it is a part of the history and although it should never be forgotten, people should learn to move on. However, I cannot blame the older generation if they show resentment towards the crime. I think it will eventually fade out, especially the newer generations being more open to Japanese culture nowadays.

  • @Gimmeaflakeman It's "unit 731" not 721. Get the fact straight.

  • @xxxxmimi Every asian country hates Japan because of their atrocities. It's that simple. There are quite a lot of old wounds that have not healed in the minds of non-Japanese asians. The thing is that unlike Germany (which has changed since WWII) there are still racist like-minded Japanese still in Japan (the Japanese nationalists). So it's not a forgive and forget thing because the Japanese wwII mindset still exists as a minority group.

  • lol

  • omg as soon as you zoomed up on that t-shirt i lol'd XD

  • Why cant North Korea kidnap me and train me to get fluent in Japanese?! North Korea, heed my call!

  • That is pretty scary; I can't beleive the NKs kidnap Japanese to train their spies. I think it's time we attacked NK.

  • @nielswolfgang I'm not trying to defend NK for what they did because it is wrong but historically speaking, Japanese kidnapped thousands of Korean women during WWII to use them as sex slaves for Japanese soldiers. A lot of them ended up being murdered afterwards. How many Japanese did NK allegedly kidnap? if im not mistaken...it was around 10-20.

  • Why do you have a US ARMY shirt in non issue colors?

  • The reason why young South Koreans hate Japanese is from their obvious anti-Japan education. Korean and Chinese government uses anti-Japan activity scheme all the time whenever they have difficult internal affairs to deal with. Search for 'korean education against japan' then you know why Korean people hate Japanese. Some of us including me think that South Korea does not allow freedom of speech, especially on Japan related issue.

  • @kotaroux4 Search for "Unit 721" then you really know why some Chinese n Koreans hate Japanese. Your ancestors were literally used as human guinea pigs for developing war weapons...I think you'd hate the perpetrator too. I wouldnt be surprised if there are certain amount of suppressed freedom of speech in Korea but this exists everywhere, even in the US. Japanese education also does a real good job not teaching their students what really went down during the war and their own war crimes.

  • @xxxxmimi It's Unit 731. Do your research before you even argue. By the way all the documents that were confiscated by US Army had been thoroughly examined, but there had been no proofs of them doing what you described. Anyhow, I am only talking about ongoing anti-Japan education and ongoing freedom of speech suppression in Korea that can be proved, so go to other places for your kind of argument. Morons like you start this kind of argument everywhere. Get a decent life please.

  • @kotaroux4 there had been no proof of what? the existence of unit 731 and human experimentation? If this is what you're suggesting...this would be the very reason why so many Asian countries show resentment towrds Japan. Despite your allegation, majority of international students in Japanese college are Korean. So many Korean teens love Japanese music, movies, culture and its language to a point sometimes I wonder if they even know the history. This is also a fact.

  • @xxxxmimi This thinking is the problem. Just reflect the actions from a PAST GOVERNMENT to the PEOPLE nowadays. You see this 3 words.. Try to connect them and you will see how idiotic this kind of thinking is, I mean I'm German I know this kind of problems fairly well....

  • @RockGodFuck yes it is about government, not people. so as a German, you can see that your GOVERNMENT has tried to make amends and reparations to the victims of world war 2, and taken responsibility for their actions since the 1940s. Japanese government has never done it. Look at the Yasukuni shrine and the Unit 731 memorials and all the old and young "patriots" who still hail the Imperial Army murderers as heroes. "Sex slaves" officially became "Comfort Women". The list goes on

  • @5hinkuro Japan will never move forward until it faces its past honestly and fairly. Those who cannot face their fast are doomed to repeat it. It makes the Japanophiles so angry to hear the this obvious truth

  • @5hinkuro

Blocked for lying, trollboy. When your funny your funny but now your full of shit. The Japanese have apologies many times. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. In fact they have recently been inviting Australian and Canadian survivors to come to Japan.

    See:

    enDOTwikipediaDOTorg/wiki/List_of_war_apology_statements_issued_by_Japan

  • @Gimmeaflakeman This is an interesting issue. Yes the Japanese government has issued numerous apologies BUT I think the offense for Koreans and Chinese comes from the fact that some don't seem to be genuinely kept by all members of government. One day an official apologizes, the next day there are members of government that say something contradictory or that lessons the impact. An apology only means something if the sentiment is kept and understood.

  • @RockGodFuck I do agree that people should eventually move on and stop the blame and hate...but this will take some time. It might even take several generations, however i do think it is unreasonable to tell people just move on from something that your grandparents might have went through. History should always be taught in school and while learning this, unless the event happened like...500 yrs ago - it's natural that it will cause some type of resentment toward the perpetrator.

  • Yeah, most of the Japanese I have talked to about it have said little and seemed scared.

  • Thanks for putting out these videos Victor, its good to be kept in the loop, even if i am far far away from the "loop".

  • Koreans might hate Japanese over Dokdo. Just a wild guess to, there might be something much more significant. And I'm sure quite some Koreans don't really worry about one's nationality. I wouldn't know about a dispute with China. In the end it all boils down to getting to know people better personally and to learn to respect them for their qualities, no matter what their ethnicity and background.

  • HURP A DURP GADDAFI IS A COMMIE WHO HATE FREEDOM AND RAPES LITTLE GIRLS

    /watch?v=Fo9v1H62uMo

these sheeps a really getting annoying

Out of what i have seen on the internett Japanese have a very negative opinion and there have been alot of anti korea and anti china protests in Japan

But the South Koerans hate japenese even more becuse they belive in the war propeganda from China/America

  • @oystein127 You aren't even making sense anymore, you are just ranting and raging for attention calling everyone else a sheep. It's you who sounds like you are being herded my friend. I bet you believe that the government has no info on ufo's and alien contact either.

  • Kimchi is pretty big in Japan too, right? In fact, I recently bought some from the Japanese supermarket that I visit in London.

Man, I miss Japan A LOT.

  • Un = One in French

  • @sickrick0808 UN= United Nations

  • Vic have they had anymore crazy ass burgers at McD's lately?

  • One more major league asshole gone, hopefully Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is next.

  • @Standard420247 Your a misinformed sheep Ahmadinejad showed more respect for his people than Obama or David Cameron ever have

    /watch?v=8_nXE5mfCLI

  • @oystein127 I'm a sheep? Okay first of all I never said anything about liking Obama or any other leader of another country. Secondly define showing respect to "his" people, because that right there is wrong on so many levels. No one belongs to anyone so to say "his people" is really fucked up. Censoring his people, not allowing them to vote him out of leadership, and leading them to believe it is okay to want to destroy another country over religious beliefs is "showing his people respect"?

  • @oystein127 I'd love to know what kind of drugs you are smoking. You see how well that worked out for gadafi, how ever you spell that piece of shits name. If by oppressing the people is what you consider respect then yeah he's doing a fine job. Wanting to wage war over who's imaginary friend is better, yeah that's a great leader. I never said anything about liking Obama or anyone else, but at least in america you can vote their ass out of office.

  • Why Korea hates Japan? 1910–1945...

  • The reason why South Koreans hate Japanese is from the pre-WW2 time when Japan came and took over Korea and parts of China killing thousands. My grandma is Korean and hates Japanese people cause the Japanese army killed her father. I guess I can't blame her though but that was back then times have changed. Grudges last a long time :(

  • @idemandbacon That is very very sad :(

  • @idemandbacon, no..it is 'cause East Asians are fucking stupid. My ancestors were fucked by the Europeans for 500 years and we got over it. Hell, even AFRICANS forgave the European assholes and Europe has NEVER apologized to Africa like Japan has done to Korea. Grudges are fucking stupid.

  • @idemandbacon Also, Japan's occupation of Korea was brutal, physically, and psychologically. The Japanese forbade all things Korean. Koreans were not allowed to speak Korean, or to even have Korean names.

  • @idemandbacon The japs had my Grandpa in a torture camp. I don't hate the japs tho.

  • Well, if he's stupid, the country will have big problems. But if he's really stupid, they will probably start attacking other countries or something...

  • Why the blur?

  • @FHomeBrew

Actually my camera man didn't pay attention and the whole thing was out of focus! D'oh! And I just had a my face shaved!

  • You forgot Lotte. Japanese love Lotto products. Many unaware of it being a Korean company.

  • @tsjoencinema

    I had no idea!

  • @tsjoencinema Do you Mean "Lotte" ?

  • @tsjoencinema but its South Korean company not North.

  • @tsjoencinema Lotte is Japanese/Korean! The owner is Korean but was born and raised in Japan and still lives in Japan. You can't say Lotte is Korean. Even my Korean friend told me that Lotte is Japanese ;).

  • watched your whole ad and I don't even want to comment about this either. Funny how no Japanese want to talk about it, says something.
