The Real news is what is important & you wont get it on your local TV. Yeah I love SL but it wont be around for ever & this is old news. bot Bots everywhere well we took care of them. Well, a lot of people seem to hate traffic bots. I am contemplating buying one for my sim because i am a new designer on SL and i need aid in bringing traffic. Its not like i make crappy stuff and want to scam people out of their money. Its not like im sitting on my ass expecting everything to play itself and work for me. I do a lot of work. I advertise in SL Fashion groups. I buy spaces in SL magazines. I buy ads on sims that i visit but only if the sim has a reputable atmosphere.

I wouldn't worry about it. People use them for many things. Some for art & fashion. But 2 many can drive u crazy. To many av's on some sims can slow the place down. But it is fun to see how people use them.

I hate it! I found loads of places like these.

Its so poor, you are having a good sim or club shop or what ever or not.

Faking the traffic is so poor. I found a shop once and realised they use this, i just left without buying because these fucker wont get my money.... lazy pricks should invest time in proper advert and not that

It bothered me for awhile too. But everyone is pretty much onto it. Ive seen others use it for atrisitc purposes but this one was excessive.

yeah this is funny, its like having a website , with a hit counter, and then visiting your own site over and over to make it look as though you have a popular site, its ridiculous, theyre saying they are going to fix the traffic coutning part on aug 1 2009, we;lle see,

and some brand new bots have appeared on Nina SIM - some are January rezzdate, and some are 17th March THIS YEAR! But why traffic bots now when Popular Places no longer counts in search? ... is it like mountain climbers, they do it because they can?? It tees me off on days when I cannot log in to SL and I get that message on screen "due to an unusually high demand, blah blah blah logins disabled".

You know, this bot nonsense would stop if SL did not show green dots on the map for AV's over say, 200 feet? that would be a solution. camping bots are another matter...

god yesterday i was roaming around again to fine some sites. Looked on the map and saw some active sims. I went there and no one was there but it showed a heck of a lot of av's there on the map. Well again I found a bot farm. Its crazy. 60k people suppose to be on but thier half bots lol

That's funny & pitiful at the same time. That Sim owner needs a new approach, or just get rid of the Sim & quit wasting money IMHO
