  • you have to be careful with all that process food because sometimes the suger free and low calorie stuff can make you gain weight too. lean more to fresh food and not the shelf stuff but anyway you seem to be on the right track, good luck on your weight loss. i'm rooting for you.

  • sugar free is not the same as calorie/carb free.... sugar=carb=4kcal/gram=same kcal as protein

    Its not what you eat, is the amount of kcals you eat vs what your body uses for fuel during the day...

    careful w all that sodium from packaged foods, you might be retaining a lot of water
