To fight Zetta yu need to clear 10 dark world maps and have 3000 mana.

A bill will appear on the Dark Assembly "Fight the strongest overlord". Pass it and a new map stage will be available.

I'm currently powering my characters/weapons up so that I can defeat Zetta. The problem is not only his high stats (Lvl 2000 with no STRONGER ENEMIES bill), but those annoying geo panels that protect him all around...
