I think you should try to get a better more easy to use blower. And you should check for leaks in ALL fittings.
Wood pieces are too big
Where do you put air to the combustion ??
How big is your nozzle ???

This was VERY WELL DONE.I´m planning to do the same.One question: can you explain me please the construction of the cyclon filter ? I need help!

If you look on the internet, then you will be able to see a lot of drawings, from wich you can make a cyclon that will work.
But all in all then it is a question of getting the right propertions. In and out, and the lenght of the swirvelchamper
