it tends to differ, the graphics depend on how powerful the computers graphic card and processors are.

This is PSP. The PC version is just as good as the 360. But neo is correct, on a weak computer the PC graphics are iffy.

and the Me4Twelve will only go 250mph, at 273mph the limit is reached, 6000rpm in 7th gear, so you don't play clean

just try to buy a car that you don't have money enought to it, then the game will ask you if you want to sell one of your cars

choose YES and then select the car,

OR, Make sure all your houses don't have room enought for more cars and then go buy some car and the same thing will happen
