  • This F1 V8 sounds great. Although it doesn't sound as good as any V12s (even V10s), this 3.5L mosquito V8 sounds way better than today's 2.4L mopped V8s regardless of any Rpms.

  • ahhh the days when a steering wheel was just a steering wheel, and not a control panel out of Star Trek :)

  • hey lady schumigirl1965... das video ist von Sommer 1991...

    und nicht von 1993

  • This car looks better than the F1 cars these days :|

  • True V12 is Honda or Ferrari shut up!

  • That V12 sounds awesome!..

  • in fact is a 3.5 v8 ford...you'd listen better..V12 is only FERRARI or honda in 80-90'

  • ALSO

There was a Yamaha V12 in the Brabhams,

There was a Lamborghini V12 in the Lotus

And there was the Infamous W12 in the Life Cars ;)

    DO YOUR HOMEWORK

  • @Liferacingengines while your attempting to prove your knowledge, i think you forgot the Footwork-Porsche in 91

if your gonna make statements like "do your homework" you gotta have done your own too!

  • @flipsidedogchop

It was there so terribly long... that I simply forgot about it.

    My mistake, I'm sorry.

  • @veyronzondaf

Agree. However don't you think this V8 (3.5L) sounds better than 2.4L V8s? At least this sounds like a super mosquito which is unlike today's F1 V8s that sound like a try hard, old creaky mopeds.

  • Yeah, the car shown at the beginning looks like a B-spec B191, but at the end it clearly shows a B193. Maybe the B-spec was a test for 1992 and for some reason the video shows Schumacher testing in 1993? Somewhat strange...

  • @dsmspyder It's actually a B192 because of the curvature (upside down v-shape) of the front wing as opposed to the flatter front wing of the 1993 car, and the front wing of the 92 car was yellow and white whereas the 93 car had an all yellow front wing. Also Benetton ran cars #19 and 20 in 1992 and this one shows the #20 on the side of the rear wing. in 1993, Benetton used #s 5 and 6.

  • Hold on, wasn't this in the 1992 pre-season? I could tell that they were testing the B191 chassis in B-spec.

  • cool
