@poetspot Apparently the thing doesn't update if you aren't in the area for a while... so as night was falling I was taking my cart home, and a skeleton spawned and shot at me..... I didn't think anything of it... several days pass (both in game and in real life) and when I went past it I was like "What the? Why is it sill there?"
heh...my mining operation is a little closer to home.
