@dragonflywhisperer1 Thoughts are frequencies of energy like our body and since we are most familiar with water we have the most effect on the frequency of water. If you try hard enough you can even learn how to move water and fire with your thought frequencies if you know how to keep a thought moving in the same direction long enough.

you should ttry this! i just spoke and gave positive mental energy and blessings to all the watter in my body and now i feel calm, happy, a frequency tone in my ears, theres a happy smile on my face that just wants to be there, and im in an exelent frame mind too!!!! seriously when you understand the core mechannics of how something works amazing stuff can happen!! whoever is reading this, give your whole body focusing on the water a great big heartfelt thanks and see how you feel then ^^
