@enest94 Also, the one in the video is OVERSIZED. It should be only about 2 stories high but it was still the biggest tank ever. It actually had only 9mm armor. I tried to recreate it in a video game but the turret was so heavy it didnt turn. Then it slid off. T.T

@Patadude100 No the turret they found was 100% confirmed to be designed for a battle ship, it wasn't modified in any way, the Germans were going to, but never got around to it, plus, the tank is a lot over 3 stories high... and had 130mm up to 360mm of armor, the lowest amount of armor was in very hard to hit places.

And then someone actually created a weigher that is human sized so to measure if it's accurate I have to put a Large over 3 story tank onto a tiny platform. @norwegiangangsta Nothing much. The more secretive it is the harder for the U.S to pinpoint it. But that's one hell of a big tank, wouldn't move through streets, it'd be a slow moving target from aerial view. Once sited, they'd probably just drop a 2000 lb JDAM and knock it right out. A couple M1 Abrams would knock it right off course, just by destroying the tracks and after that it's just a sitting duck.

@Hypercam2vids A modern version of this would be downright deadly. Replace the flak guns with a SAM launchers and add a EW suite to it. You could replace the side turrets with the Bradley's 25mm cannon. The turrets mounted topside could be modified versions of the M60's turret or the M1A1's. The only thing that would need to be made from scratch would be the main turret.

@halo07guy2 that sorta thing would have too many weaknesses to count. if it were treated as a naval target, it wouldn't take more than a few antiship missiles or thermobaric bombs before it's toast.

And for the missles, you must assume that the EW doesn't screw with their targeting. And God help you if the thing had CIWS on it.

Also. As far as jammers and countermeasures go, something that large would be too hard to conceal on land. since it would leave a trail of destruction across any surface it travelled.

It may have been one of the best 20mm AA guns of the war, but it was still a 20mm gun. By the end of the war it was considered woefully inefficient and the only reason why everyone kept putting more and more on ships and such was because it could be done without any need for shore based facilities and because it could fit anywhere. Also, while it had the most powerful shell it only had half the practical rate of fire of an Oerlikon.
