Technically it's much nicer, but I think you may have lost something in the face. You could see how sad she was a little more in the original, I think. Those wonky eyes can be pretty moving I suppose.
Not to say you didn't do an awesome job, though. :D The face was my only complaint.
I have a question: what was the tool you used to adjust her nose?

You may be asking about the Liquefy tool. It's very handy for moving things around.
